I have a question. When you dilute the flashe vinyl paint with water, will the water cause the paint to weaken or lose it's binder? I know that's the case with acrylic. And, once the paint loses it's binder, it will cause the paint to crack, flake, and peel off over time. I just want to make sure and reiterate that, that's not the case with flashe vinyl paint.

Any time paint is excessively diluted, it's possible to affect the strength of the binder, but most of the time with acrylics and vinyl dispersion paints, even diluting them to a wash on the palette can be done without any problems. Vinyl dispersion binder is quite strong, but if you detect any unbound pigment residue on the painting surface (powdery loose color), you may be overdoing it.
