Tips For Your Aluminum Welding Project 

I bought the HTP220 MTS probably 4-5 months ago, this machine is the biz! If I could afford the higher end machine, Id have it in a heartbeat as it has all the control one could imagine, far more than the 220 has, it would be nice if the software and extra control would work on the 220. That being said, I spent 10-15 mins on the phone with Peter, shared a few photos of my welds and he had me dialed in immediately. Thanks again Peter. I might add that Peter returned my call way late in the day Pacific time, I don't know of any other manufacturer that would even dream of giving you a call next day, never mind immediately and so late in the evening. It must have been close to 8.30-9.00 pm when Peter called me and had me set up. I have been TIG and MIG welding for a little less than 2 years and find this machine very intuitive. Hey Peter 👋. What is mynest voltage in mig welding? For example 235 ipm and -5 voltage?

Please give me double pulse settings for 4043 1/8" and 3/16" so I can get in the ball park
