Lobster merupakan salah satu jenis udang besar yang harganya lumayan mahal namun mengandung banyak sekali nutrisi. Bagian lobster yang paling sulit dibersihkan adalah kepala dan ekornya. Kali ini aku akan share tips & tricks cara membersihkan dan memotong lobster dengan mudah.
Cara memotong lobster:
1. Cuci bersih lobster
2. Rebus lobster di air mendidih 10-12 menit
3. Angkat lalu masukkan ke air es agar memberhentikan proses masak
4. Bilas lobster
5. Potong bagian kepala lobster. Gunakan lap atau sarung tangan untuk menahan lobster. Pastikan pisau yang digunakan cukup kuat dan tajam untuk memotong lobster

How to Cut and Clean Lobsters [TIPS & TRICKS]
Lobsters are a family of large crustaceans that is quite expensive, but it contains so many nutrients. The most difficult parts to clean on a lobster is its head and tail. This time, I'm sharing the tips & tricks on how to clean and cut lobsters easily.
How to cut lobsters:
1. Wash the lobster cleanly.
2. Boil the lobster in boiling water for 10-12 minutes.
3. Remove the lobster and soak in ice water to stop the cooking process.
4. Rinse the lobster.
5. Cut the lobster's head. Use a dish towel or a glove to hold the lobster. Make sure the knife you use is strong and sharp enough to cut through the lobster.
6. The lobster is ready to use.
