Excellent discussion! Investing in mining companies, especially explorers is a bit like buying a lottery ticket. Too many people in the industry have inside knowledge which you don't hear about until it's too late.
On the topic of disclosure, these three amiable fellows need to disclose their own personal positions in totality at the start or end of each show. Fun bunch of blokes to watch.
Can you expand on that a bit more? Where else do you see that level of disclosure? With the following these guys have I reckon providing disclosure on their holdings would be more likely to influence people to buy a share without doing DD / research, which is what they are trying to avoid. If you watch their shows you will see they disclose personal holdings when / if the company is likely to come up in the show.
Hi, somehow your show popped up in my RU-vid feed and I’m glad it did. You asked about good management. Well there’s four people that have done ok with different companies that are now on the same board of a junior exploration company. Elizabeth Gains, Mark Barnaba, Jimmy Wilson, Shaun Day. -Yet to prove themselves in this particular company on the London Stock Exchange they intend to be listed on the ASX.
