Very important point you left out. When you lease, you are limited to the amount of miles you can put on the car. The average is between 10 and 12, 000 miles a year. The lower your payments the less miles you are allowed. At the end of contract you have to pay for the miles you've exceeded and any damage to the car. So if you are someone who does a lot of driving, leasing may not be good for you.

In my situation I have two other vehicles. Both owned free and clear. I put low miles on my lease and the value is better at the end of the lease. There are also excess wear and protection policies at low cost.

I leased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4, 80th Anniversary Edition. I am 82 years old and did not want to commit much cash to acquiring a car. I drive less than 10000 miles per year. Cost $2000 drive off which includes first months lease payment. Payment $580 mo. 3 yr lease. Got a $4500 cash rebate. Enjoy you Jeep. My wife and I are loving it.

Lol yessssss, I'm from the city! In the suburbs now though 😂 its the perfect truck for our funky winters and bumpy roads. The new 2021 body is even nicer.
