Sis, I want to start the bussiness as well.please I would appreciate if you can advise on how to ensure it doesn't get soft or lose taste onetime ,either by way to preparation or preservation. I recently tried making sample but it got soft in few days even after packaging. Please thank you
@@halima234 I cut mine in another shape and not the regular round type. I ensure that I don't package immediately least it will get moist and soft. I normally fry on medium-low heat, low heat and high heat at intervals. IE when frying, there's what I call eye gauge. If i notice it's cooking too fast I reduce the heat
Can we add fresh pepper to it, because each time I add grounded pepper it will just fall off in the oil, or can I add the ground pepper immediately after frying? Thanks for great videos ❤❤❤❤❤❤
