This seems so much fun. I came late to TD2. Had the game since 2018, but just started playing it last year. Struggling a lot in the DZ and conflict. Still, its a very fun game. 😊
Amazing video! There are simply not enough of these kinds of videos like this let alone done well. Capital Ruins in particular is a very difficult map for me so it was even more awesome. I’d love to see more coverage of this on other maps, and maybe with different builds if you have them.
Thanks rogue. I suck at PVP but still try. Always feel I’m letting other players down but I’ll only get better playing it. So thanks to all who have played with me and held their head in their hands and thanks for these tips. GG
I'm very bad at PvP!!! I die more than I kill. I do enjoy PvP so I persist. I tend to play in the DZ more than conflict because I do not want to join a random conflict team and cause then to loose.
Rogue's conflict games: strategy, gunfights and tight games My conflict games: mortar turret spam, fire spam, spawncamping and timewasting... In all seriousness though that was a great game with useful insights.
Conflict is too bursty and gear dependent. As a new player you have to grind the hell out of some gear to even be a little competitive. Unfortunately I love pvp too much.
I'm trying to enjoy conflict and even tho shd levels don't really count I feel like if I'm not running a ourubors or eagle bearer I get destroyed 😂 skills don't help either. Used to hate hive now it's been replaced by artillery turret. I had a really good game and got a good score of 1580 for me that's a personal best 😂. But yeah I find it hard to like conflict tbh
I like conflict, however the PVP is so cheesy in Div 2. While I have had fun recently in Div 2 PVP the problem is that camping is the main way to play. There are so many ways to stagger, status effect, and negate damage easily which makes the camping style of play so much harder to contend with.
Today i went with friend to dark zone for like solid 80 minutes, targeted loot:rifle. What we got? each of us 3x pestilence :D Also, i hope for some qol change to dz in upcoming season like devs said, they will still explore "project resolve" in future updates
@Calaxanasgaming Hell cal, I even gave out the blueprint on how to kill me, how I set people up, what I use, how I use it and they STILL fall for it. Why? Bc you cannot avoid basic biology and psychology.
Biggest tip I got for new players in conflict is very very simple: teamwork! Coms with ur team make a wonder, do call outs and try to stick together! No one ever won a conflict match alone unless they're fishy. This is q load of bs vid all I hear is I I I me me me
@Itzjustmexx I'm afraid it doesn't let me go back and search- I get tons of comments each day asking for build links. Do you have a link to the one I sent, or what the title of the build was?
@Itzjustmexx Gotcha- that one is optimal for PVE content within the Dark Zone, but for overall PVE content across the game I think there are better options
@SwampTekGaming Maybe you'd have to give me a timestamp to see which moment that happens- generally the only time I can think to when I wouldn't immediately eliminate a downed player is if I know there's no immediate risk of them being revived, and there's another player in the vicinity that I'd rather eliminate first
People asking bout his build are clueless and don't want to put in the effort needed to see which build suits em most. Matter of fact is u gotta try em all to see what u strive in best and what works for every occasion and the team ur playing with each match! Also we often change builds mid match depending on the need.
Easy just run all red with bleed hive With capacitor or yellow or Ouroboros you one shot almost anyone with sticky bomb fire and perfect creeping death 99% of players run it in ps5 me included and have one team mate run disrupt and another pulse
Honestly.. I don't know how's the PVP on consoles but on PC I can tell you.. it's complete dog poo.. the matchmaking is the worst, you get put against 4 players that stack.. they also cheese and they also camp so when you spawn and by the grace of God you not smacked by a mortar you got 4 dudes with shields up just waiting for you to hit the corner.. that 2.0 million armor with unbreakable? becomes A4 paper.. that bonus armor? non-existence.. that heal you were lucky to get from a team member? is just there for cosmetic effect cause you literally last 5 seconds before you die.. yes.. they cheese you soo fast you don't even see the downed animation just kiss floor waiting for a wipe. its sad lol.. well that's my constant conflict experience.. tried to apply these methods and tips.. never once got the chance to ever see it in effect.
Live tips don't play it game mode is trash and the division 2 has horrible PVP. Here's some real advice want to play division pvp go to the division 1 DZ or last stand
@shannonhall8870 yeah sure, I mean that's a subjective thing but people are saying Div1 PvP was way better and Div2 is cheesy... Have they forgotten about shock traps, nomad, 9k striker or Predators Mark? Like in all honesty I would say both games are on a level when it comes to cheese.
@@dh1380 nomad is definitely cheesy, the rest were easily countered. Pred could never beat a DPS player in a one v one if you knew what you were doing. Shock turrets are easy to avoid or get immunity from. Look at how cheesey the st. Elmos, the rampant tank meta, bonk builds, and strong status effects with no investment into status are. Div 2 is also played more like a camp fest, a sniper can one tap anyone in the game with little in investment in marksman rifles. The movement is slow and bad for controller players but pretty good for mouse and keyboard players. There is so much cheese in Division 2 that it could be considered a diverse cheese simulator. It's not just annoying skills or the fact that you can pop 2 firewall kits and die to a fire sticky. It is also the annoying that tank builds are better at DPS than all red builds. The game doesn't make much sense when it comes to balance. The developers were more concerned with making cool stuff, rather than thinking about how the game play might be effected.
