Yes but after ff2 hit 2 is now fixed and can be now blocked 😂

After you cancel BT you must press f1+2 at first frame , keep on practcng 🙂

The timing is pretty tight, but it's guaranteed to hit with the correct combo. It relaunches if you're in heat and they try to get up. They get hit by the f1+2 without it relaunching them if they stay on the ground or roll on the ground. Best combo route to minimize opponents options as far as I know (from df2 in heat): df2 ff 1+4 d2,2b df1,2,1 !T f,f2:2 (backturned) f1+2f --> Over 80 damage and they get relaunched if they try to get up and you're in heat. If you're not in heat and they try to get up, you get a heat engager. If you do a longer combo you can still get a relaunch, but there's options the opponent has in that case to avoid getting hit.

In my practice the 1ss f1+2 after f,f+2 isn't guaranteed if the enemy holds back - the range isn't long enough. I've seen work arounds where someone used b+1,1 into f,f+2 so they can do nss f1+2 for the extra range. Please tell me if I'm wrong though
