THIS is the video I’ve been waiting for. Thank you!! I’ve been incessantly “researching” every single article, RU-vid video, and TikTok in order to prepare for our upcoming trip in a few weeks. I’ve been extremely stressed out seeing nothing but negative feedback on this new system. After watching all of your videos on genie plus, I considered myself an expert on this topic and have been able to get lightning lanes for every ride in the park in one day in the past. However, this new system is a game changer. I don’t want this to come out weird, but I have been anxiously awaiting a video from you. You have such a calm demeanor, you make me us like it will all be OK; we got this. It’s kind of like when you have a problem and you go to your mom and she is able to give it to you straight, but let you know that if you do XYZ, you’ll be OK. Thank you and I’m sure I speak for everyone when I say that we anxiously awaiting more content from you. 😊

I’m glad to know genie slots still work, I’ve been seeing sold out “good” attractions around 2-5 pm every day, but this gives me hope that the slots will be our friend! We just returned. We experienced these issues or realizations. Definitely make sure your phone font size is normal and not enlarged. It will not show the purchase button. As soon as they announced this change, I saw that stacking was going away😢. I don’t want to be there 1st thing in the morning. I also think this is going to hurt their table service breakfasts. I really think they need to take this into account & add some flexibility (similar to the stacking) for people coming into the park later.

Any idea what happens if you are an AP who makes a reservation for one park (or a non-AP with a hopper ticket) and you set up three rides for that park, and then decide to start at a different park? Can you can modify all 3 to the new park even the day of? But then what if there is a price difference for multipass between the original park and the new park? Hope that makes sense!
