Thanks, Nikki! Great tips especially putting the sticky notes in a small journal book as mine are all around my monitor and looks tacky! Pun intended! 😂
I have found it especially helpful to at the end of the day to enter my important post it notes onto my post it notes app in my computer so that they are easily referenced by title and I can deleted as needed. It saves space and they are always with me.
Always happy to see your organization videos and tips Nikki, love the tip on the post it notes, I hate mousepads so what a great idea that is! Refreshing to come to a truly Cricket-friendly organizational style video! Your ending tagline always makes me smile (this is Sharon, saying good-bye)!
Hi dear.I knew your channel by luck,I live in UAE and I am very interested in your channel.😍😍you can’t imagine how do I feel when I see new video.Thank you dear for all the ideas and the practical content.keep up the good work.Good day🌹🌹
Nikki is still the Queen! The first home organizer I saw on RU-vid from years ago. Love, love the idea of a pretty notebook for my sticky notes. I think I’ll use a book I read and enjoyed so I have two reminders in one! Fantastic!!! Hugs! 💜💜💜
Nikki, I as so excited to start using these ideas to help curb my paper clutter!! I would really appreciate it if you would make more videos like this targeting specific paper clutter areas! Paper clutter is my worst clutter problem. Thank you!
I have been using your tip of using a planner as a mouse pad for a long time . When I am on a call ... I often clean my desk and declutter my desk and purse . A great tip is to buy a Poly Envelope, 2" Expansion, Check Size, ... they are $1.30 lasts for ever and I keep these for all my receipts... I have a second one for all my business expenses receipts in a different color
Great tips. I use a simple 12 month wall calendar for things not consistent on schedules like doctor appointments. Everything else I have internalized. I journal. I used to use large composition books but they are flimsy so I decided to switch it to a binder. I have paper for it in the spot I do most of my journaling in. However some pages got ripped out of the binder so now think I will just get some more page protectors and print them all out as handwriting them all over again will take a long time. I over grip my writing utensil so I still have the callous like we had back in school when we had to write both the rough draft and the finished paper by hand in the same period of time. It gets red and inflamed if I handwrite for too long. My daily bag is the Teacher Tote. It was designed by teachers for teachers but it's also the closest to my ideal bag. It has a loose paper file which I can store papers that need sorting. Papers I reference frequently go in the binder. I carry the 3 inch Staples Better Binder in my bag. It's big enough to fit my video game notes and my journals and any other papers I frequently reference.
Love the purse decluttering station. I'm pretty good at keeping paper clutter to a minimum in my purse with lockdowns but I know things may change. The post it notes notebook is great ... wished I had that in my old office. Thanks.
Ditto on the hidden Post-It notes book!!!! Game changer. I found you threw Dana White (A Slob Comes Clean). Love your ideas and presentations! Very cool.
Nikki, my table at my front door where I throw my mail, ink pen, I also now have my Corona stuff, face shields, face masks, gloves, napkins, etc. Can you do an organization video on this please?
Hello Mrs. Nikki! When I saw the title of this video I got super excited. It didn’t quite address my issue, but hopefully you can touch on it in a separate video or just give tips. I’m pretty organized, but incoming mail is a struggle for me. I don’t always go through it when it first comes in and then it becomes a disaster before I know it. I end up with an overwhelming pile of paper mail that I don’t want to deal with. And eventually I have a mountain of papers to go through. PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks in advance!
Where are the other people you said were posting videos on this topic? I didn't see their links. Did I misunderstand something? Also, I would love to see an overhead shot of your home office desk; I'm working HARD trying to get my desk and tiny workspace orderly, organized and functional. It doesn't help that I don't have a desk drawer. Actually, I really need a new desk with a drawer. And thank you for the post-it notes tip...I'm instituting it right away!
Great tips Nikki. I love your channel so much. Also whatever happened to your 8 video series on setting up your beautiful home management binder. Only 3 videos were ever put out. Thanks again.
Nikki, I now work from home, but my home desk has no drawers. How do I organize that? Plus all the technology laptop, monitors. I can't seem to figure it out.
