Tiramisu roll with strawberries 🤌🏻
Ingredients:
24 ladyfingers
1,5 cups of warm coffee
For the cream:
300gr mascarpone
300ml whipped cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
40gr powdered sugar
1 cream stiffener
strawberries or berries of your choice
Also:
200ml cream for decorating
Strawberries to decorate
Baking cocoa to sprinkle
Preparation:
Line a tray with baking paper and cling film on top. Dip the ladyfingers one by one in the warm coffee and place them on the cling film and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
In the meantime, prepare the cream by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl and whisking for a few minutes. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and add them to the cream.
Take the ladyfingers out of the fridge and spread the cream over them. Now you have to carefully press the sponge fingers together with the help of the cling film until they butt up against each other. Pull the foil tight and press the ends together, so that the sponge roll keeps its shape. Refrigerate for at least 4-5 minutes.
Finally decorate with cream and berries and baking cocoa🥰.
