All-purpose wheat flour - 210 g
White sugar - 200 g
Chicken egg - 3 pieces (170 g)
Baking powder - 2/3 tsp (3 g)
Whole milk - 90 g
Refined vegetable oil - 40 g
Boiling water - 20 g
Sugar with natural bourbon vanilla - 1 tsp. or vanilla paste - 1 tsp.
Salt - a pinch
●Bake at 170-175 C (340-350 F) - 35-45 minutes
▶Cream:
Mascarpone cheese - 500 g
Cream 33-36% - 250 g
Powdered sugar - 200 g
▶Coffee impregnation:
Freshly ground coffee - 3-4 tsp.
Purified water - 150 ml
Sugar - 30-40 g
▶Dark cocoa powder with high fat content 20-26% - 30-35 g
