Visited Montenegro 2018 having been in Albania in 2017, the drive from the airport to Petrovac knocked me off my feet, utterly stunning, beautiful around Skadra Lake and the National Park, very like my home country of Scotland. Fresh seafood every day in lovely Petrovac, the food in Pod Volat restaurant in Podgorica was phenomenal. Montenegro is incredible, like how you both share the waters of a lake as a border, proud brother nations, love both countries, I will return for sure when this madness is over.

Sadly I won't be traveling up there anytime soon, plus we need visa. Scotland has rich history and heard very best from people who fought for visa to visit Edinbourg. The Englishmen are really another story. 🇲🇪❤🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Stay safe.

Une mendoj se Tirana është një kaos i bukur. Çfardo që të jetë vetëm qytet monoton s’mund ti thush. Gjithçka është e çasshme në këmbë dhe ç’do bllok ndryshon nga tjetri, kudo ka art, biznese familjare, kafe dhe restorante dhe ka nji klimë të shkëlqyer. Është nji qytet që gëlon nga jeta dhe gjallëria, kudo ka jetë dhe nuk të krijon përshtypjen e nji qyteti modern monoton ku ç’do gjë është e rregullt dhe e njejtë. Unë mendoj se me disa ndërhyrje për të rritur hapsirat e gjelbërta dhe parqet dhe me një tramvaj dhe sistem me të perparuar te trans publik, Tirana bëhet ndër qytetet më tërheqëse në botë! Ka kohë që s’kam qenë në Tiranë sepse jetoj në Kosovë por me njerëzit e duhur Tirana bëhet nji qytet mbreslënës, as s’e vej n’dyshim. Oh ështe edhe problemi i ajrit i cili duhet rregulluar dhe ndotjes në përgjithësi që është problemi i të gjitha qyteteve shqiptare realisht!

It truly is. Even Tirana got International prize for transforming the city from a nightmare in the 90 -s into a innovative city. It has a long way to go, but It is a far cry from the horrible times in the 90-s when Tirana was a jungle of rubbish and illegal buildings. I heard Medellin used to be one of the worst cities in Colombia and now it is one of the best. Well done!

Yes, it was one of the most dangerous cities in the world in the late 80s and part of the 90s. It was riddled with car bombs and all during the drug cartel wars. Now it's something quite different in many regards though far from perfect. In spite of some ongoing issues, it's still a darn good place to travel to or live in.
