“There is also an immaterial part, a human part which makes Tirana attractive. This is what attracts tourists, this is what we hear in feedback.. If you ask a tourist on the streets of Tirana which is the most impressive thing and remains in their mind, the answer is hospitality. We have mentioned that a lot but it is true. We treat the guest, we treat the tourist, we treat the foreigner like God, with all the good things, passing on to them a good energy and serving them with a big heart. That is, I believe, the base and the root of the city.”
