I think it'll be cool if our parents all met. Both my parents are born and raised in mexico and we found ourselves in the tire market. I'm trying to get my father to invest in growth but he's very conservative when it comes to money and holds on to what is old and outdated. Like all our tire sales are on pen and paper lol! We dont have a POS set up and ive looked into tire guru but your company tirebase sounds more promising! Idk how to convince my dad to update his stuff bc he wont understand how to use it but maybe you can help? Me personally i want to share our location here in Georgia and show you our shop over a facetime call. I'm also trying to sell rims (we never sold rims before at our tire shop). I go to our technical college in town and go to a painting class with a booth in it for painting projects. Cars, bumpers, rims, you name it. That's where im painting rims and selling them. I can already get new tires in from distributors, tpms and program them to the vehicles, provide the alignments, and some type of guarantee knowing that most people wont run something over or have a blow out. Everything is in place and we've been in business for about 10 years so I'm prepared to start the selling of new rims and along side tires, while pushing alignments again,. Lastly, I work at the Chevy, Gm, Buick, and Cadillac dealership and help out my dad on the weekends. At the car dealership I got my hands on 29 rims that were about to be thrown away, some of them still in the boxes with GM brand tpms sensors!!! So I hit the jack pot for sure and I would really like more of your expertise bc I'm only 22 years of age and have this family business that's the biggest and newest built shop in our local town with me lined up as the next owner whenever my father wants to retire; so better start now and get working on hustling and providing services.
