There are millions and millions of motorbikes in Viet Nam so there are lots of flat tires to fix. I suppose you can go to a shop but it's really easy to get a good quality repair almost anywhere right along the street. Done quickly and excellent quality. I'd say about 10 minutes and you are on your way.
