Those are some gnarly looking trails. Bummer about the tire, but it looked like a good spot for it, where you could get back off easily enough.

Hey Eric can you put a big boot patch on the inside of those tires and be able to run with the run flats that you have in your tires?? I worked for a tire company for years over the years and with off road vehicles we would put big boot patches on side walls of tires to help them get a little more use out of there tire before having to fork out the doe for a new tire right away!!! I’d say I was able to fix 7 out of 10 tires with the proper boot patch!!! If I remember right they was used for big tractor tires and was really strong patches!! There is also another way that used to be really popular but I don’t no of any tire companies that do it but I do no a buddy that baught a machine and does it for friends!! I can’t remember the name of it but basically you put like fiberglass down then a layer of plastic rubber and then more fiberglass and another layer of fiberglass and so on then you put the tire in the machine and it will run for several hours heating up the materials and getting everything locked in place and then it cools down slowly!! My buddy has fixed probably close to 20 different tires and has been able to fix every one of them!!! He was even surprised on several where he had just wanted to see if it would work and how long it would last!!! It might be called a veneer patch job but like I said I can’t quite remember exactly the name of it!! Let me know if either one might work or if you find a way to try and fix it?? I didn’t get to see exactly how bad the tear was in the side wall but it would definitely be worth the try at fixing the tire maybe??? Awesome video!!!

Only adding some humor here; I think the person who thought of this for an off road park was a pure evil genius; (insert Wyle E. Coyote here) as this trail has broken the wrecker every time it's been up there.

Someone should tell that group of Jeeps that the rocks are on the left on lone pine and to stop driving in the trees.

I had a set of MTRs, I really liked them until I went jeeping in Lake Havasu, I went through 3 sidewalls/tires in 3 weeks, I went to 4 ply sidewall bias after that, no more ruined side walls

Ouch hate seeing that happen but hey you got good friends to grab the spare. I see they’re watching U change the tire though eating Doritos . 😂 looks like another spare will be bought soon as that one is pretty bad!
