Front "T" snapped back = free jaws so cable in and out easy, don't try to move this one while you are under tension. Middle work lever eases the cable out under the load. Rear lever pulls the cable in . He knows how to fit the handle and where to poke the cable in but a bit vague about the rest of it. Cheers!
