Akhil Damodare.....what an amazing person you are. The way you have shared all this info for betterment of upcoming students is tremendous. Tu asli Sher hai.....Jo har Muraad ko Raah dikhaye.
Congrats on your selection ! Could you please share your weighted score and breakup of TISSNET, PI, PIT scores and the category of your selection. That would give an idea of what score to target. Thanks in advance !
Congratulations on your selection. It would be great if you could make a video on the way to prepare for tissnet:how to prepare fr gk specially... Also now that u have been selected plz share the answers to the questions that were asked to u fr ur pi.and it was an honest and helpful video. Thanks😊 Looking forward to your support.
MY TISS PI experience.. I will be sharing the questions asked as you have covered the background of GDPI .. I got the panel of three members. One lady and two male all were of middle age.. it was for Abt 20 mins.. The lady member started first and not the chairman.. Questions asked. Lady member.. 1) introduce yourself. 2)what you know abt TISS. 3) you are from rural background but you wore this blazer and all ..you are already moving into a corporate world .(she were trying to provoke me) ... Does the dress code matter? 4) you are commerce graduate .. ( she asked this in a manner as if she met a commerce graduate for the first time) 5) what will you do if you don't get placement after this course??( As if she has already given me admission!!) She asked this question at last.. Chairman. 1) why this sensex goes up and down?( I am commerce graduate) 2) what is net present value 3) why TDS is cut 4) what are the Income to ax slabs. 5)what was your optional subject for civil service exam.( Public administration) Third member- 1) tell Abt any one social reformer- I told Abt savitribai phule. 2) what is Dr ambedkars contribution to constitution making. 3) tell few movements led by ambedkar 4) where is river sabarmati 5) where is lothal Subsequent questions were asked based on my answers.. Panel was coordial.. chairman was writing something by asking questions!! Don't know what to expect..
@@AkhilDamodareAllSorted Sir...will my low marks in 10th and 12th board exams will affect in TISS admission process regarding to toppers? Or the acadmic marks doesn't matter
Correction: Cutoff: 75 for general category. Break up of evaluation; National Common Written Test* 100 marks Pre-Interview Test/GD 50 marks Personal Interview 75 marks Total 225 marks
Original Documents Not checked/ verified... Carry the following; 1. Detailed Application Form - Part A and Part B 2. Application Abstract 3. Any one valid ID proof (Voter Id, Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, College ID etc.) 4. One passport size Photograph 5. Achievement Certificates (Non-Mandatory)
Guys also consider ODCL seriously, being a current student I can vouch for the course. It needs 2 years of minimum experience. You can msg me if you have any query
Congrats Akhil, I just wanted to know whether TISS considers candidates with poor acads, & also did you find any guy at your interview with poor acads.
Same here! I don't think this will affect at all as long as you can explain your situation logically and truthfully in the DAF form i guess. It might also be asked in the interview. Be prepared for it beforehand. Good luck!
Hlw brother Thank you for sharing your experience so amazingly..i really appreciate and thank you for your really practical and informative knowledge.. Brother I wanna suggestion from u.. I just completed my graduation ( bsc in pcm) this year nd will prepare for 2020 tiss exam with no work ex. Would I have a chance ? Or I should not look towards it? Plzz let me know. With best regards 🙏
Akhil, thanku for elaborating and simplifying the whole interview process. I have 2 months to prepare for this round. I have opted for women studies in tiss mumbai. Can you please suggest me tips/sites/questions that I might be asked from your point of view. I will be really grateful to u.
Liked the details you mentioned, I am done with the interview for tiss HRM LR (this video helped me alot). I wanted to know what are my chances for HRM LR as I have scored 14 marks more than cut off. ( Considering this year 40% weightage is allotted to tiss net).
Vashi, Mankhurd & then Govandi.. not vashi, kurla and govandi. Kurla is way to ahead from vashi.. Its vashi, mankhurd, govandi, chembur, tilaknagar and the kurla.
Hello Akhil, first of all, congratulations on getting converted into TISS. It is my dream college. Love the vibes of it. Now that you are converted into TISS, would you like to talk more about GDPI and your interview answers??? Also, do you know what were topics of other candidates and questions asked to them? What is the admission process there? From result announcement to fee payment and other details?
Thank you so much sir for being so kind and giving our very needful and necessary information for all aspirants. I just want to ask can u please or anyone can list out the best to crack the TISSNET ?
Do they really check the essay which we write just before the GD?? Coz I could not include all the points in GD what I had written on the sheet of paper.. And do they give separate marks for that essay?? I mean wats the breakup of essay + GD
I am not sure whether they check our sheet during GD, but they do read it to Evaluate. Combined weight is displayed, for both pit and gd, 50 marks. National Common Written Test* 100 marks Pre-Interview Test/GD 50 marks Personal Interview 75 marks Total 225 marks
Currently I'm a B.Com student and right after my graduation I am planning to appear for tissnet exam. I'll be not having any kind of work experience. So my question is if i crack both the tissnet and tissmat exams and get a call for GD and PI, will my lack of work experience act as an obstacle in my path of getting admitted into TISS?
Hi, Akhil . What about lateral placements at TISS Mumbai? I have work exe of 3 years in marketing domain , if i get selected at Tiss - Mumbai then when I get selected in Company after the Induction program??? I am also giving bank exams can that help in cracking TISS -NET exam??
loved the video!!! ... i am also an aspirant for tiss2020... Completed my grad in 2017 and worked for 1 year in HSBC... and recently left the job.. so by the time i appear for tiss, there will be a gap of 1 year... Will it matter? Also.. how do i improve my GK... ? Any particular sites.. or books... ?
First of all congratulations sir for converting TISS HRM....I have completed my post graduation in English in 2018 and wish to appear for 2020 tiss net. Since I don't have any work experience and will have a gap of almost 2 years, will that be of any hinderence for tiss net ??
Sir meri English kamjor hai to mai tiss ke layak nahi hu aur agar hu to English kaise achhi karu agar aapke pas koi idea ho to jaroor batana plzz bs itani si help kar dena plzz.thank you
Is there any way to reach out to you......on any platform like GMail , whtsapp or linkedIn. As i m planning for TISS 2021-22. And it would be great of you if you could help me out.
Hello sir congratulations for your selection ...I wanted to ask you that , do they consider internships as work experience ...,? And please do give me some tips for general awareness...
Sorry sir, some of them were not even and for the paid ones I have got the stipend in Paytm or cash so payslip won't be available then in that case what should I do plzzz enlighten....
@@ShivamRaj-hc3iy See at TISS, your documents aren't checked before interview. So you can mention the internship as work experience. Nobody will question you on that. So your selection won't hamper. After you get selected, when you will take admission, then your documents are verified. That time you can tell me about the issue. It wont be any problem mostly. Atleast at TISS.
@@AkhilDamodareAllSorted thanks for the help sir I had one more query can't discuss here ...8778829812 whatsapp dhruvaaryand@gmail.com Whichever you prefer..
@@AkhilDamodareAllSorted in my case the chairman was writing something and also hiding it by his left hand(I felt as if he was going to report it to IB !! ) what is ur Tiss net score??
@@suvarnagaikwad3936 same with me both the lady and the chairman both was writing as I was answering... It was the most fearfull secret they maintained
What if we doesn't have any work experience?. Is there any problem if I have a time gap of 3 yrs between year of graduation and year of application to tiss
Hi i am bcom graduated 7 year experieced in school clerical work which course should i choose i have no idea means in hr which one is best for me if you will guide its really helpfull thank🤗
Sir I would like to connect to have a one to one conversation with u. I have my interview for HRM in a few days. Kindly let me know if you can make some time to have a conversation.
*PLEASE DO REPLY* *IT WILL MEANS A LOT* Well I have 10th - 85%, 12th - 60%, and Currently pursuing B. TECH in Biomedical Engineering (6th Sem), I will be appearing for TISSNET in my Final Year (2020). So do I have a change to get into TISS even after clearing TISSNET with such a low profile?
@@AkhilDamodareAllSorted thank you so much :) your reply will serve as a motivation for me ❤ i hope you make it to the final merit list. All the very best ❤
@@antarasharmaroy8328 Tissnet marks plus gd and pi are considered for evaluation. More weightage is to the gd and pi. For eg there are students in the current batch who scored just equal to cut off if tissnet, but nailed gd pi and part of the HRM batch now. ALL THE BEST 👍
