Thanks for the review - it neatly covers what makes the 35mm special for many of us smaller wristed collectors. And thanks for the detail and insight with your other videos too - your work is certainly appreciated. I bought my first PRX in gold which isn't a colour I'd normally choose but it suits the watch perfectly, I've grown to really love it, and I've used it regularly. It's one of my lowest cost watches but easily draws the most questions and positive responses from friends and colleagues. I don't wear/collect watches for "other people", just for my own pleasure, but it's still interesting to see the curiosity it generates. I chose the same blue as you for the steel version as I hoped it would be a "safe" option and really versatile. Actually I found I wasn't as happy with the colour as I'd hoped, it just didn't speak to me. I exchanged it for the silver dialled version and I love it. My feeling is that the contrast of the blue draws the eye towards the dial. And that's ideal if that's what you prefer. The silver and gold dials do the opposite and "blend" into the case in a really coherent way and reinforce what I enjoy about the PRX series - that overall integrated look. The bracelet is almost the star of the show! As many have already remarked the gold version has a feeling of the VC 222, and the steel silver version has a slightly OysterQuartz vibe about it. Both still have their own identity and faithfully hark back to the Tissot original. Whichever colour you choose we're incredibly fortunate to have these options available to us in a smaller size now. It's great to have a watch that can be worn and enjoyed as a daily without fear of damage or it being irreplaceable. I hope other people will find them as enjoyable as I have.
Thanks for the video, I was contemplating on buying one of the PRX’es but was split between this (35 in Navy Blue) or the 40mm Powermatic version. Your video was very helpful as it answered a lot of my doubts (dial color, sizing/wearability, finishing, etc). I actually found your video quiet some time ago but forgot to subscribe (now it’s subscribed).. We shared a lot of similarities namely watch tastes, wrist size, and satu rumpun juga (from Indonesia here). Anyway, terima kasih!
Hey, great content as usual. Friendly reminder we emailed you for a review on our new watches., in case it's in your junk folder. Looking forward to your reply. Cheers.
I have a 6.25" wrist and a 40mm PRX Quartz. I tried it on at the store and was amazed with how it hugged even my small wrist, so much so that I actually thought it must be smaller than 40mm. I'm honestly really tempted to try on the 35mm version if I ever see it, because that looks great on your wrist.
I have a 6.0 inch "twig wrist" and am really comfortable with the fit of the 35mm. I think it'll look ideal on a slightly bigger wrist size Certainly do try it for size if you ever have the opportunity, I think you'll like it.
@@vicksonngangom6378 it depends... If you're used to 40 and 42mm watches then yes, you may find the 35 will feel small. For a 6 inch wrist I still think the 35mm is the best choice. Jody from "Just One More Watch" has done a comparison video here on RU-vid with both sizes which would be helpful for you to watch. He has a whole bunch of shots from different angles of both watches on his 7 and a bit inch wrist if I remember correctly. Good luck choosing.
Thank you for the video. Appreciate if you can review for tissot seastar 36mm, seiko presage cocktail & seiko presage sharp edge on small wrist like us 😂
I did review the Seiko Presage Cocktail Time. Search for Sakura Fubuki on my channel. As much as I love the dial of the watch, I sold it as it just looks too big with an all dial design.
