I would like to talk about tissue expander balloons that I told you yesterday. Tissue expander balloons come to us in the form of a hollow balloon, as you can see here. These balloons are made of silicone and have the same structure as normal breast silicone. There is a valve system on it that prevents the needle from bursting when it is inserted. There are also ears on the sides. We attach these flaps to the tissues and prevent them from turning. After placing it inside the tissue, we find the inflation point with a special magnetic device and start inflating it by inserting the needle. This tissue expander, which is empty at first, is gradually inflated over time, allowing the skin to grow. After the skin is augmented, it is replaced with a permanent implant in a second surgery.
