This is the 1st TiT ( This is Thailand ) Podcast Pattaya to try to help all of you guys and keep you informed about everything you need to know to come here to live in Thailand.
The main objectives of these Podcast are:
1. A 1 on 1 deep discussion with a guest each episode from which you may learn what it's like to live in Thailand.
2 Introduction to useful professional contacts.
3. Organizing Social networking /meet-ups events.

Your channel is so different and unique, very refreshing.... It's great to see a "no BS" falang actually living in Pattaya as a retire sharing his life. I'm moving to Pattaya next month finely for my retirement. Sold my house abroad. Super excited to completely change my life. Can't take it in the west anymore. Great job with your channel buddy. Keep up

Hua Hin is the destination for Arab retirees especially for the black mountain golf and it is only 6 hours flight away from home. A friend to our family who’s retired in Davao Philippines since two years but will be moving to Hua Hin with his friend in few weeks.

Great journey, I arrive 8 August to retire. Pity Claudio’s apartment was rented out for the first 30 days I needed whilst I find long time rental.

Well done Claudio and Peter - with perfect audio, as a podcast should be. Private health insurance only makes sense for people who are young and completely healthy. So-called self-insurance is the only right solution for Peter.

Are electronics cheaper in Thailand or should I buy a new laptop before I leave the west?

@25Soupy They are almost the same price, so you would be better off buying the laptop in the west. ( you might get also points if you buy with your credit card in the west, which you won't get here ). 🙏👍 P.s. Some days the Currency exchange rate affects your buying power over here. I, personally use my credit Card only when i purchase international flights ( automatically Gets me travel insurance ) and nothing else.
