Definitely worth considering! The deadlift movement is extremely beneficial but as you age some of these disadvantages position can be pretty harmful with heavier loads. These keep the risk to reward more in our favor👌🏽

What are your thoughts on box squats as an essential incorporated addition to a regimen. I’m a little unclear of the benefit and it’s translating benefits to overall strength/explosiveness/anything else I’m missing. Thanks bro.

Personally, I only box squat until I'm pretty close to a competition then I'll do a few weeks without it. But I really believe in terms of reducing strain on the knees and guaranteeing the same depth each rep, there is no better variation than box squats. The way westside barbell teaches them is to pause on the box to break up the eccentric and concentric parts. Be sure to use the same stance you would on a regular squat if you want it to transfer over.

The holes in the Titan wheels are bigger so you will have more slop
