After i've played on pirated TQiT for many years, decided to pay respect to devs and got TQ bundle. But been struggling to choose the first build. This looks like a nice one. Thanks for your awesome guide once again :)
Not sure if you guys gives a damn but if you're stoned like me atm you can stream all the latest series on Instaflixxer. Been binge watching with my gf these days =)
Honestly, more than a million. You have been doing youtube for more than seven years, playing Titan Quest, and many other games . If I remember correctly... you even played HL2. You are the first TQ youtuber I ever genuinely started watching a while back. Now you make dance turtorials. Your dancing is on-point. Even if you do not have a lot of subscribers. Your content is good. I respect you for that.
Thanks guys. I certainly appreciate hearing that my content is good. It's great to have people watching and enjoying it. :) Yeah, it's been a very long time that I've been on here. I think I first started posting stuff back in 2007.
I'm currently making a video where I cover all the newly added skills, and I hope to explain what sort of builds each of those skills will be useful in. So I hope that will be helpful. :) (If all goes well, will upload it this weekend).
Hey I just stumbled upon your channel again, I remember having watched that Titan Quest music video and the Juggernaut class one (which is still my favorite) from like 10 years ago when I was still very young. You should really try out Grim Dawn if you haven't yet, the true successor of Titan Quest Cheers mate
Hello. Thank you for coming back to check out more videos. Yeah, those music videos were quite a lifetime away. Yeah, I know of Grim Dawn. I need to give it a proper try one of these days. I only played a bit of it during the beta phase.
Hey Matt, they have released a new expansion pack for Titan Quest. It's called Atlantis. It introduces a whole new campaign and it adds two more unique skills to each mastery I believe. You should check it out if you have time. By the way, your videos are awesome!
Hey Matthew! Looking for your summoner build if you've made one. You say this is part 44 yet I can't seem to find the rest anywhere. Maybe you could provide a list below the next video? Or create a playlist. Thanks for all your great titan quest tutorials!
Hi. Yeah, I have a playlist for these. :) Summoner is part 33 on it. Here is the full playlist: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6GEcYEmGRvo.html
@@MatthewAshworth Thanks for your quick reply. These are the older videos you made back in 2010 before the expansion which I was aware of because I use to follow you back then. Will they work ok with the new expansion? I have subbed to help support you and inspire you to keep making titan quest videos! Thanks again!
@@redroover5332 Thank you. I appreciate that. Yeah, I think for the most part the builds will be the same. Some of the skills were improved in the Anniversary Edition though, so some of the previously useless skills might become useful. But all the previously useful ones should still be useful even now (although a few, like Scatter Shot in Hunting got a bit nerfed). The newly added skills would change the build slightly, but generally, since we have so much new content and a new level cap, there'll be possibility to acquire more level ups throughout the game, so you should have potentially more skill points available by the end anyway.
Yeah, I think it escaped me when I was making this. I had someone else comment the same on here about a day ago. That frees up some skill points to invest in other skills (such as the newly added ones with Atlantis expansion).
I believe you have to remake/update the class builds you have with the atlantis extension. If u do so, this time you can have more than one build if being melee and caster are about the same in terms of efficiency.
@@MatthewAshworth dude...i am poor broken as hell with a 10 year old pc, but if it helps you with views: i'LL even learn how to code a bot to zombie watch your vid over and over and over again!!! #motivationalsupport
@@MatthewAshworth not anymore, and never code languages for games. It was always boring stuff for forecast calculations. But seeing these things in tq where for example "force move" key is not working. It makes me reevaluate my career decisions lol You have the game on steam, but Plaza has also released a cracked version, in case you want to see if you like it first before purchasing. Thought i think steam refunds if you say you don't like the game.
@@oddeology1259 Yeah, I know what you mean. I often wonder if I should've taken a programming course at uni. It would've made things easier in making games and all sorts of other things. But I suppose having done biosciences is starting to have its benefits now (giving private tuition in maths and sciences nowadays). So, no matter what you decided to go for, it's possible to find some benefit in it, even if the original plan didn't work out. I think it should be ok. I am sure Atlantis will be worth it. I hope to be able to make a video on the skills perhaps within this week. Will need to create new characters and try out the new skills with them.
Good point. I must've forgotten it when making the video. That frees up plenty of skill points for staff users then to spend elsewhere. Perhaps on Guardian Stones, Core Dweller, or the newly added Rune skills such as Rune Storm!
Sadly not enough. You are not using unregistred hypercam studio or a camera directly recording your screen. Those were the days let me tell you; watching that how to kill barmanu or the yao guai one with your reflection on the screen and hearing the keys being pressed.. I miss those times. So how are you doing anyways? Got any ideas for future videos or do you put youtube aside? Like someone else said, you are one of the most underrated channels for sure.
@@noirdessaim Ahaha, yeah, me using the Stone Age technology back in the day. That was a fun time indeed. I do want to make more videos, though at the moment don't know what I could make consistently that I'd enjoy doing and that many people will be interested to see. But life has also been hectic, and so I don't always have the time for making videos, even though I really want to. Maybe another twitch stream is in order. :P
Yeah I know what you mean when you say that life is complex sometimes. This partly explain the nostalgia talk we're having; as time goes by, we get a bit older and new responsibilities come. But the most important thing to remember is that we don't necessarily have to say goodbye to all the stuff we like/use to do. It is just a matter of finding the time. All I wish for this channel is to keep afloat. I don't know you from Adam and far from me the idea to get content that cater only to me but I always thought your tq content was the backbone of the channel. I remember that you burnt out on titan quest a long time ago however there may be some potential: -Maybe you have a group of friends online that could make a fun series together -You could try to install every tq mods there are on the Internet and showcase them (even the shitty ones) -Make titan quest storytime (in the same vein as wowcrendor or T2darlantan with world of warcraft) Or maybe it is just me not wanting to let go and projecting. Either way, like I said the tq content appears to be attracting people. You posted it like a week ago and it already has more views than videos which have been here for months. This speaks for itself. But you tried to post some refreshing content like the electro swing and that's cool. I am not interested personally but it was relevant to others. The Age of Barbarian video was freaking good though, don't get me wrong. There is one guy similar to you: very old channel, used to make a lot of views back in the day with some successful series. Today he is still "alive" and has a small viewerbase consisting of his old viewers and the newcomers. The guy is hitting the 300 views on almost all his recent videos which is darn good. This shows not everything is impossible in this day and age. Although I'll admit, the only incentive for that dude is making a career/money out of his channel and he puts a lot of effort into it. So much as it can be obnoxious and painful. Does it mean that you should to do the same? My money is on no. But I think your channel can be something without ending like his. TL;DR (Holy shit I need to write a book) I am a nostalgiafag but all I want in the end is for this channel to get the attention it deserves.
@@noirdessaim Thanks for elaborating, man, and for all the ideas too. Well, I am not abandoning my channel for sure. I still want to keep making videos, though I don't know how regularly that will be. I'd personally enjoy making a lot of new content on new topics and genres. I think I've kind of exhausted TQ by now and so don't have much incentive to keep making new TQ videos that won't have much purpose (since I've covered so much stuff from this game already).
@@MatthewAshworth Well, anyways, still feel like the videos are kinda invalid as there is no gameplay so the build might not work (/that well) in the end :P
