Just wanted to say I cannot wait until this game. I was a huge fan of the first one and I think the direction you've chosen to go(based on beta experience) is awesome! I'm anxious to drop Titans on the M-CORP
I honestly think having basic set ups for Titans is a good way to go. I remember playing TitanFall and almost EVERY players were playing with Vortex shield and 40mm. the variety was not existent, all the same exact set up it seems. This new class system for the Titans brings variety for the combat and predictability when facing an opponent.
You're a giant mech, the last thing I want is super mobile giant mechs with SHEILDS. Also, you have sheilds, they just don't regenerate because that's bollocks.
these look great but I still kind of wish there was a few more... there are some titan fantasies that you left out while you did represent the most effective load-outs from tf1 here....
Titan fallin's a good job, mate! It's challengin' work, outta doors. I guarantee you'll not go hungry, 'cause at the end of the day, long as there's two pilots left on the map, someone is gonna want someone dead.

Last time I checked, Atlas with the X0-16 was supposedly the casual in Titanfall. Except I was the one who got 20+ kills and maybe one death in a whole match. I'll be running Ion in TF2.
I still don't know how I feel about the changes to the Titans. Like, the new abilities are awesome but pretty much every aspect of customization has been taken away from them. No changing weapons, abilities, ordnance, or any of that. But don't worry, you can add an extra dash or remove the titan bubble if you wanted to
I agree at times during the tech test I wasn't sure if this was and upgrade or downgrade compared to the original Titanfall, which I still play to this day on PC.
they're going for a personality per titan. something unique to themselves that other titans don't have. in the last game the main choice was either extra health(heavier titan) or lower health(lighter titan) since everyone could use the same weapons.
they've said it's to make it easier for players because it would reduce "battle fatigue" before in TF you didn't know where the damage is coming from as any titan could have any weapon etc. So in TF2 when you see a certain titan you know what to expect from it and can plan how to take it on. I didn't have a problem with the customisation in TF, but I don't mind the new idea of each titan having it's own personality.
I am buying this over Battlefield personally. I love both franchises but Titanfall is more fun to me and well, free maps is a huge sell. Fuck buying a 60 dollar fucking season pass on a full priced game.

I don't think anybody gives a shit about ion and scorch, they were in the alpha tech test, and they're fun and all, but the community already knows what they're like. Both of them are boring. Especially Ion.
cod has practically killed its self as infinity ward have already announced that all their future games are going to be futuristic after aw and bo3 i was actually looking forward to ghosts 2 :/
Hope this helps make a new renaissance of mech games, cause as much fun as pilot combat is being inside the mech in Titanfall just feels great :D (Also I want more mech only game modes!!!)

So hyped for this game as a tf1 vet, I personally love the unique titans. Just make the animations first person & add attrition and this game will be a 10/10.
Watched it 10 times already. Thanks Respawn for making Titanfall 2 what it is and what's going to be. Loved the tech test, this is everything I was hoping Titanfall 2 would be. This is from a gen 10 pilot with over 200hrs on Tifanfall. Can't wait for Oct 28th. Don't listen to all the cry babies, the game is awesome already.

Yeah no shields is pretty lame, they gave us shields in the first game and you could still be killed quite fast and easily, and titans will just die so much faster now. TITANS ARE LIKE CONDOMS, THEY SHOULD LAST LONG ENOUGH TO GET YOUR LOAD OFF WHEN YOU GET OUT.
Calvin Guidry its actually a pretty damn good reason. the game is called titanfall, and without shields titans are essentially just temporary killstreak rewards that have no survivability like they did in the first game. In TF1 i would call in a single titan and stay in it the rest of the game, often with more than 30 pilot kills, that shit isnt possible in this game. Without potent titans, this game has literally turned into CoD.

Northstar looks so cool! I'm a little disappointed that there isn't any (obvious) healing titan, I feel like it could've worked quite well with the hero style approach they're taking with the titans this time around.
last night there was so-called 800+ players online, (really just 800+ what happen to the 3,000 players?, don't know maybe they got balanced or nerfed) but what was they playing, what mode or if it even true the numbers of players on PC we will never know before the update when you click on a mode say like attrition it would say searching match and players 1 found that would be you and how many players are playing in that mode say 60, and if you click on every other mode 1 player found that would be you and o in matches, they took that out leaving you in the dark as to how many real players are playing the game online , respawn did that on Titanfall 1that how my resources care to, only will say to explain that's how they kept the game a float, mine you I love this game both as well, what I don't like is liars, they did the same on titanfall 1, I don't think is right but I have to thank them in some way , why? I found Titanfall 1 two years later after it came out and loved the game ever since, seriously we need (AVERAGE PLAYER SERVERS) for new players, and yes players like me or soon the 800 players will be, 0 mark my words, unlike Titanfall one, with all those control things we don't have a change and by the way what the hell happen to arc mines did they stop making they or was it you

So, we have genji, pharah, and soldier 76. And that's not a bad thing. I love you respawn, titanfall 2 is the first game I pre-order instead of watching reviews first, because I know you aren't like other money-whore companies (looking at you, Activision).
I have regained faith with the 2nd wekk tech test: - Titan earn rate is faster, and thus there's more titan action on the field like in the first, which is tons of fun. - More Speed while wallrunning - The new map was fine with close quarter areas and big ones for the titans Burning Cards are replaced by boost, which is fine by me. Works the same as burn cards only that you won't be prompted to use another one before every match. Choose the one boost you like and all set. I'm still a bit upset with the Hero class BS, but I guess I just have to get used to it. My only gripe right now is the lack of Pistol slot. Having pistols and anti Titans weapons in the same slot is gonna make Pistols useless for most people. Split them, and I'm all set for Oct 28
