@@ajthetrex5969 It is binar code. And here is one of the theories I found in the comments under another video (It is not my theory, just copied) Firstly we know that the arc is a very intense power source that has a very noticeable effect on both time and space. The wrist mounted device that cooper had in cause and effect broke when the arc was fired, however he was saved from the explosion by the device (it seems) along with BT. Additionally jack was time traveling before he acquired the wrist device, along with all of the facility seemingly having aged rapidly in a short period. This gives me the feeling that the Arc itself is what was causing the time distortions and not the wrist device, the wrist device merely cooperated with the arc in order to manipulate and control the effect in a rudimentary way (how he can only jump between 2 parallel points in time and not any other time) So this leads to my first theory, which is that BT when colliding with the vote conducted a premature firing of the arc, which also simultaneously created a localized time distortion. The nature of this distortion is unknown however i think that something of this nature allowed a portion of BT to survive in a pocket in time similar to what jack experienced when the Arc was first fired. On top of that BT may have been able to manipulate the arc using data collected during cause and effect which may have allowed him to manipulate the Arc with the explosion in order to both save cooper (by giving accurate pickup points) and to create the time distortion as previously mentioned. As BT was able to send messages through time without issue by loading part of him into his Helmet already, BT would still be able to contact cooper without being in the same time period (wether that be in a time pocket like cooper experienced or if BT was catapulted forward or backwards in time) As for BT only sending “Jack?” It may be 2 options in my mind. Firstly BT already suffered major damage, and regardless of wether he took damage during the Arc firing he will be severely damaged before and after. This would result in BT having very limited capabilities and he may not be able to send anything more then a small string of text. Or it could simply be that the range that BT has for communication is simply limited and Jack at the time was too far for BT to get a reliable connection and as such would require more energy to send a smaller message reliably. It could also be any mixture of both, additionally since he asked “Jack?” As a question it may be that BT is unable to verify the owner of said helmet due to either of the previously mentioned theory’s. All in all, I don’t believe that BT is in his helmet and is instead in some way safe (possibly severely damaged) in the future, past, or a pocket dimension generated by the Arc and is able to send a short message, albeit limited for some reason, through time as he did in cause and effect.
I almost cried watching that scene! BT might be a titan but he cares for Cooper. Even without Protocol-3 i believe BT would do everything he could to protect Jack.
I love when BT is getting punched by viper and BT never takes his eyes off you....that's love right there making sure your okay even though he is getting tore up.
"Don't worry BT, I'm not going anywhere." A promise made in solidarity. "Copy that, pilot." A vow made in simplicity. "Protocol 3: Protect The Pilot." A promise made in love.
BT: Pilot this titan weapon is an advanced design and may give us a tactical advantage Cooper: I think someone's in love... BT: The human concept of love requires admiration, attraction, devotion, and respect. Conclusion: I am 50% in love
@@mediaman6162 admiration and respect Based on how he talked about it you can tell he admires it and respects its firepower Robots are never seen to be sexually attracted to something, and the player has to walk to and pick up the gun so bt was not physically attracted to it either. You can change loadouts at whim so he isnt devoted to it either
Why would you devalue one of the greatest, most emotional endings to a video game ever by bringing him back ? Making his sacrifice mean less. Great writing always includes stakes and consequences. I hope BT never comes back
At 2:08 Cooper inadvertently taught BT the thumbs up for the first time. You can see BT look at his fingers and "furrow his brow/eye" to learn how to do it and then instantly mimicked it to his own pleasure. That reminded me of the Terminator in T2 wanting to learn how to be more human. Such a great small detail.
9:51 Rerouting Link OS V18 723x Connection Unverified Uploading. . . Ladies and Gentlemen, BT just rewired the Neural Link with Cooper to upload himself into his (Jack's) helmet here, not during Effect and Cause like everyone is saying. Way to go Respawn, give us a straight answer but hide it in plain sight, well played.
Edward Suchy Omg. I never noticed that. And the part where Sarah said: Cordinates received. We'll be there but i dont see how you can. And BT responds: Trust me i have done the math. It's awesome how Respawn did this
Nitrous Nos yes there will be a Titanfall 3 because if you complete the campaign on hard and wait till the end of the credits you will see Jacks helmets visor blink so what does that mean ? well it means morse code and the message sais Jack ? so i think that BT is alive and there will be a TiTanfall 3.
1:37 His response to the second dialogue option is so much better! I think he says something about how he’ll make sure to tell the Militia to provide Jack underwear in the next supply drop.
@@cgi2002considering that they are trained to use a jump jet the less weight the better. If you look at the pilots they are not dressed in a lot of heavy gear. So makes sense
thank god for the post credits scene. despite being a fictional robot, i was genuinely saddened when bt died (especially the first time. that was just brutal). but then later finding out that bt was, in some capacity, still alive and sending a message to cooper just really made my day. man, i am way too invested in this robot lol
Ah remembered tearing up because of the last scene.. Damn, BT is one of a kind. These game is beautiful and touched my heart about friendship even though he is just a robot.
Yuma Fonzaku all you have to do is equip one of the forest skins and boom you probably got the closest thing at least right now you're going to get to bt
Noxystem 0 Yeah, I kept trying for my revenge to the original chassis and kept being beaten. Until she was in critical health and did an execution on her.
I'm super late to the party but I played through the entire campaign and oh lord was it a blast. Pros: The flow of movement was so satisfying. I always loved Wall running. Combat was faced paced and tight, BT in particular was really fun to use The melee attacks were really funny to use, especially when you have the ragdoll settings on high BT was so cute. I loved the chemistry between him and Jack. The story damn well nearly made me cry. I never expected such an emotional story for a first person shooter. The campaign was a solid 5 hours with no filler. I like that Respawn focused on quality over quantity. I would rather have a really good 5 hour campaign rather than a 12 hour one that I'd rather not finish. Cons: This may seem like a small nitpick, but I played this game on hard difficulty and I felt like the game was still too easy. It's not that it wasn't challenging, but I just wish there was a little bit more to the challenge. This one's more hilarious, but whenever I did anything in this game, it would spew achievements at me left and right. EA’s logo is attached to it. Now unfortunately, I can't speak much for the multiplayer because I haven't played it yet. But I think Titanfall 2 has probably one of the best single player stories in any modern shooter ever. I'd say money well spent.
Idk what it is, but I absolutely *love* BT's movements. I love his stance, the way he walks and fights on his own. Something that's totally different and cool than how Transformers move around.
I don't think he can delete that from his helmet. I inagine if there's a 3rd game BT will hijack Coopers helmet and talk to him, and there would be drama between Cooper and Coopers new titan.
I have a theory that BT downloaded his data into jacks helmet and it seems I’m not alone and when jack links to his new titan seeing it’s a new titan it’s data core will have empty so when he links to the titan BTs memory’s will be Downloaded to the new core and will mostly like say “Hello Jack” and scare the shit out of him
Man through out this entire campaign, BT has died twice. Once by getting owned by slone, second by cannon balling himself into the ark yet he still lives inside jack's helmet.
Titanfall 2 story was a masterpiece, I don't remember how many times I've replayed it, I wish we'll get another story like that on the next Titanfall !
While playing the game I got a huge feeling of The Iron Giant (which is a movie I will forever love) and at the end my heart was broken... “Trust Me”.....
Did you noticed that when vulture captured and flew off with BT and Jack, BT was staring at jack adjusting the path of trajectory so Jack would fall back on to the ship
If anyone don’t understand the after the credits scene. The helmet lights up that means a morse code. As you translate the morse code to binary code, then translate it into words, it means Jack?
It truly is a shame this game didn't blow up like it should have and gotten so much more recognition. What an amazing experience, maybe a little too short, but amazing non the less. Thank you, Respawn. And to EA; YOU BETTER NOT FUCK UP TF3 YOU MONEY HUNGRY FUCKHEADS
Couldn't stop playing!! I felt a connection with bt throughout the story and in the end I shed a tear when he said ( bt say: Protocol 3 protect the pilot trust me.. Great story They don't do stories like that anymore.
When BT holds Cooper while Viper takes them into the air, you can actually see that BT was confused on how to handle the situation, he looks between Jack and Viper rapidly as if he is panicking.
@@abhinandanil7775 BT implied before that he could already read Jack's vital signs, so he wouldn't really have a reason to physically check on him. plus, he looks back and forth instead of looking at Jack once, he also didn't do anything in that time, which means he didn't quite know WHAT to do
For those who are wondering why Jack's helmet flashes in the post-credits scene... BT copied his programming onto Jack's helmet during the time travel mission, so they could communicate when Jack time-traveled into the past. That copy of BT is still inside his helmet.
His programming?, im not a big tech guy, dont know much about it, but with that they should be able to recreate BT right?, Especially if its a direct copy of everything, which is what i imagine BT would’ve done, in able for them to communicate through time.and the helmets flashing, that should mean that theres atleast a piece of BT still active, or that programming within is trying to send a message. the Titan itself isnt what you need, but the eye looking piece containing the main programming. and im guessing jacks helmet is full of that exact programming. unless ive over guessed, but its what i would expect in a universe full of futuristic tech, i just wanna see big guy on the screen again, i want another game
Well that was amazing. I bought the game on Steam IMMEDIATELY after watching this so thank you. I've heard TF2 has a remarkable campaign and I can't wait till it finishes installing
I nearly choked when it said, Protocol 3, *PROTECT THE PILOT*, and Jack did say he wasn’t leaving him yet he didn’t want to lose another pilot.. LOVE right their everyone
also in the level he throws you if you run over an enamy he says smart ta'tic it seems that my 2 ton chassie is a stronger way of dealing woth them then my standard weapons
