@@Andre-16039 my thought was that it was nerves. They needed something to calm themselves. Either that or he was just making a joke to allay his fears. A lot of people will do that when they're terrified. It's a coping mechanism.
@@aviationlover3613 there was but as soon as Titanic SOS came into the party, Roleplayers abandoned Roblox Titanic. I still myself wish the role players would've stayed... I miss the old times.
I wonder if there were people actually trapped in the staircase like the 1997 film showed. Imagine the terror of that dome caving in and filling the room almost instantly.
@@calebosbourne9677 if there was anyone in that room he would have died. Physically the problem with that theory is that the windows would have broken before the dome, filling the room completely long before the dome would be even submerged.
@@hugoslr what if the water that came in to the dome was caused by the fall of the 1st Funnel? There was a huge wave after the funnel fell and strong enough to sweep boats B and A away.
In this version of the ship, you can only visit the 1st Class Stairwell, 2nd Class Stairwell and 3rd Class Open Space. In previous models you could enter the Aft Staircase, the Lounge, the Reading and Writing room, The dining saloon and many more.
imagine being one of those people who just thought "fck it, instead of going to the top deck and try to get a life raft im just gonna hang out in my room untill it fills up with water and i drown"
This is so dreary and makes ones eyes watery out of sorrow.. Just to see this..let alone think of the 1500+ souls aboard who were finished already as all lifeboats had left and the captain , Captain Smith was dead leaving them helpless and unguided..😥😥
This is good, especially because it shows all six levels of the staircase, from E deck to the Boat Deck. Often all the attention goes to the D deck Reception Room then straight to A deck.
I managed to keep my tears in check up until the music began: Nearer My God To Thee, as everyone knows, was the hymn accompanying the musicians and I will never forget the haunting last words of one of them saying "It was a privilege performing here with you tonight" started the waterworks and I cried like a baby. I'm so vulnerable to things like that---a big baby. ;)
That was the service passage known as “Scotland Road” which ran nearly the length of the ship on the lower decks. The open door to the right lead to the main staircase and provided easy access to the boat deck for third class passengers, but it seems that language barriers and the nondescript appearance of the door deterred many from trying that as a way to escape above.
@@ryans413 The forward grand staircase went all the way down to E deck, with access to Scotland Road and the Turkish baths. The elevators went all the way down there as well. There was also easy access to F deck too with a staircase nearby.
This isn't entirely true, this corridor was meant for crew use. That door was for crew use - first class stewards berthed in scotland road used it to get to their service stations. It was also most likely a double door.
Zna’s World of fun with all of the updates in the last 6 years roblox is no fun anymore. they still have the same games and whatnot, but they aren't as fun.
interesting red graphical carpet floor.. That looks exactly what you see in todays modern buildings such as airports and luxury hotels and modern luxury cruiseships of today. Just looks far too modern. Maybe perhaps back then it was too modern as well... Was it really that cool graphical carpet flooring back then in the years of titanic ?
@@h7pubg Well i guess back in the early 1900s they did had a modern mind how to make a modern looking graphical carpet with images like that. Course today you enter a new restaurant or new airpot with new carpet looking like titanic. Guess it is never out of fashion. Just think of it how many songs in the 1990s has not yet whent out of fashion still sounds like as if it was made today.
0:00 Its beginning with the view to the "Scotland Road" at E-Deck. 8:45 you see the D-Deck, 13:49 the C-Deck, 15:03 the B-Deck, 15:47 the A-Deck, 16:30 the Boat Deck
If they had cell phones back in the day you will see video of the titanic flooding inside. Plus it’s always entertaining to watch this flooding going on inside the ship but if you were to do that at that time chances are you won’t be able to reach the lifeboat let alone if you’re a man you have a slim chance of making it in the lifeboats because they required women and children first.
Internet2009 If a women was then you might still reach a lifeboat and survive when titanic is at the 10 minutes left sinking mark depending on your will to survive and others around you.
You have to remember that when Titanic was sinking, it wasn't level. The dome on the front part was rushed by a wave of water when the 1st funnel came down.
The dome is already underwater, the first funnel collapsed gave shock wave on top, crushing the dome, it made by glass, easily crushed on light pressure.
You've probably don't know that in real Titanic was little tilted to the left, that's why even in the film you can see the dome breaking before the windows going fully underwater, and from the left side of the ship.
