it does but the uptime is terrible. u only get to use it every 2 mins and it lasts like a couple of seconds which is not worth the talent points. beastial wrath alone gives you raging blows already so just use that for no talent points
Ye. im playing S9 and at lvl 30 im still autoattacking cos i did not take any dmg ability except cons for tanking... getting skills is a joke atm. I believe they will change it somehow cos right now its barely oplayeable (for me)@@Optoe
@@bluestar4ever1 no problem with skills being random but talents also being random just kills the fun. cant theorycraft anything literally all rng game play. its so terrible.
