You see, biolante was a project gone wrong from what I believe and the reason for that is because (I don’t know how) but they got some of Godzilla’s blood and was trying to create a kaiju. Another thing to note is that they used the body of a human. And also, that human was a girl. So in a way, yes biolante is Godzilla’s sister.
