@@Veratyif youve jua slightly dip ur head into music history youll find endless huge bands that have taken their break rather than completely quit..especially at their young age they got all the time in the world, not like panic at the disco or Brand New where the main dudes are fathers wit a shitload of mandatory responsibilities in front of em
I feel ashamed of myself for just finding these guys.. I'm going through everything and damn.. so happy to say these guys are from Pennsylvania. Take care anyone reading this. This band is fucking insanely good. Something about them.. I just cant put my finger on it.
You're cold, like the blood that runs through your veins I've been told there's a black spot next to your name You can't seem to erase Shed your skin, change your face You are the same You are the same Shed your skin Find a better body to fit in I've lost track of all the times you betrayed I've lost faith in the friendships I have made Drag you down and put you in your place Shed your skin, change your face Shed your skin Find a better body to fit in Shed your skin Find a better body to fit in
It's not always about the lyrics or musicianship, sometimes it's just about the vibe. For me, it's really always about the vibe. That's what music is, and what makes it so diverse.
feels like summer or a very long car ride where the sun is just hitting u in a warm type of way music is blasting u turn right and see a beloved one or friend idk just hits me right
probably why screamo is my favorite genre. It simply sounds like chaos to most others (at best xD) but I love it exactly for all these emotions it conveys
@@weapon_graff3333 lol they had the streets on fire like 8-9 years ago and then stopped making stuff. Easily the most popular band of their genre during the time. Funny you're finding them now. The bassist/singer is in this band called "glitterer" now. Pretty good stuff.
There’s so many of us that can relate to the scenes depicted in this video. Small roads, in the woods, not anywhere special just a place where a lot of us may not be proud of to be from but it’s nice to see the representation of “small towns” or really anywhere that isn’t LA or NYC. I feel like every band that’s coming out nowadays is solely from LA or some big city and it’s just not relatable to so many people. It’s more than just the lyrics and the songs that I relate to with this band, it’s also just the kind of area they come from. They didn’t have the help of some huge city or scene to do what they did they paved that way for themselves. I appreciate that way more than some bands that get it easy getting to start off in some big city. Most of America looks a lot like this video and to me that hits close to home. God bless this band.
"I love this band so much, I don't want them to get big:( !" All I read is "I would hate for this band to become popular because without me liking this band and getting mad at kids at my school I'm nothing. And the thought of this band ever having a somewhat successful career and even the chance to provide for themselves is just so frightening" A band shouldn't be a secret, and bashing on ADTR for being "big" doesn't make sense. What will you do when title fight gets big? Will you hate them too?
Off the top of my head, Jamie's best songs are Memorial Field, You're a Liar, Safe in Your Skin/Where Am I?, Like A Ritual, and there's more. But they have some songs where the both sing in, like Loud and Clear, Coxton Yard, Symmetry, and to me those are their best.
