Tank went off on Tito obviously and mentioned Frank was stupid too. So I was curious how the Frank podcast would go. Honestly it was great. Frank was super honest. Reflective. Intelligent. But ya I love Tito stories. Always funny.

Pride roster was amazing. It’s hvwts were much more varied and well rounded compared to todays ufc roster.. Coleman, Werdum, Fedor, Barnett, Sapp, Erickson, Igor, Kerr, Fujita, Randelman etc etc.. how the he’ll did the hvwt division get worse over the years?!
