Check out all the cool and awesome rides and attractions in Tivoli Gardens Copenhagen during my recent visit. From the demon, the astronomer, the monsoon, Star flyer, Aquila, to Vertigo. Enjoy!
Tivoli Gardens (or simply Tivoli) is an amusement park and pleasure garden in Copenhagen, Denmark. The park opened on 15 August 1843 and is the second-oldest operating amusement park in the world, after Dyrehavsbakken in nearby Klampenborg, also in Denmark.
With 4.6 million visitors in 2016, Tivoli is the second-most popular seasonal amusement park in the world after Europa-Park. Tivoli is the most-visited theme park in Scandinavia, and the fifth most-visited theme park in Europe, only behind Disneyland Park (Disneyland Paris), Europa-Park, Walt Disney Studios Park and Efteling.

I hope that one of these days, I will come back to Copenhagen to visit this famous park. I went to Copenhagen for 3 days, prior to my NCL cruise trip. My hotel was a few blocks from this park, & my family & I couldn’t sleep until the fireworks show was over passed midnight. 😅

Oh yes, you should visit the Tivoli if you happen to be in Copenhagen again. Tivoli is my favorite theme park here. The X'mas decorations in the park is stunning!! Try to visit the park in the month of December to experience the great Christmas ambience.

@@DinMal Of course it was quite different back in 1964. My grandfather took us into the hall of mirrors and the ghost train. It was magical. came back in 1966 too. We all watched 1he 1966 World Cup football final in Copenhagen. Take care

Wow why does the Star Flyer @ 2:00 seem like it goes twice as fast going up and down as all the other "Sky Screamer" type rides? Looks fun as hell!

the most amazing thing is in the evening when the lights gets turned on. It is classic style lightbulbs giving that soft warm glow :) the most beautiful sight.
