Thank you Norway for sending this lovely guy to the Eurovision so that more of us could get to know his music. Even if you don't speak Norwegian you cannot help but be moved by the emotion and passion and depth with which Andreas sings.

I'm not an emotional personal at all. I didn't cry during Titanic. Arcade didn't make me cry like everyone else. I had no idea what these lyrics were when I first heard it nor had I seen the music video, but this performance blew me away! I had goosebumps and I was tearing up which never happens. I felt every word and those vocals are amazing. Now I do know the lyrics and it's my favourite song.

This song was already amazing to begin with, both in the vocals and message. But I'm always blown away by how great you are live! Seriously, you're one of the few artists I actually WANT to see in concert - most of the really huge, "popular" vocalists out there just lose all credibility on stage. They become performers, so focused on making a fucking spectacle out of everything that they forget about the music and their actual vocal performance suffers (or they resort to backing tracks/auto-tune to compensate). I've got perfect pitch, so maybe I just pick up on bad notes more easily, but it still drives me crazy that the average person doesn't seem to notice or care. And yeah, almost every live vocal performance will have some room for improvement, but considering how ambitious this melody line is, you nailed it.
