I love how all the Jacksons speak almost exactly alike. From the tone of their voices, to the way they articulate words. They all have such nice voices (singing and talking). ☺️👍

If that string didn’t break on Joe’s guitar when Tito was playing with it while he was away at work, we might not have had a Jackson Five and especially their discovery at that young of an age. Tito showing Joe what he could do with a guitar put all the other actions in motion to start the group.

I have always loved the Jacksons and Michael, Janet, and Jermaine's solo careers. Michael was 5 years older than me, so I grew up with the Jacksons. Such great role models and people, always. So sweet, intelligent, interesting, funny, fun, moral, etc. of great qualities. I could go on and on. Thank you TJ for sharing your life story. Thank you for raising Michael's children, they are all such wonderful people too.

Fantastic interview! The Jacksons, not just MJ or Janet, definitely happened because of Tito & his brazen act to play Joseph's guitar. As fans of the 1st family of music, I am grateful to Tito! And Mrs. Katherine...w/o her, none of it would have been possible, including 3T!

I would't go that far. Tito could still break the guitar string and nothing could have come out of it. Kids do stuff like that all the time and it doesn't turn them into stars. It was still the parents who had to give the say so for things to turn into something. That was all Joe and Katherine. Tito had no say so over anything. It's not disrespect, it's just the truth. If you knew the whole story of how The Jacksons came together, it would make more sense. The family rarely tells the whole story of how they really got started.

Facts are, it happened & because of the incident with Tito it prompted Mama K to speak up & inform Joe that not only can Toto play but that the kids could sing & thus we have the greatness that will last for many lifetimes.

3T .....i see them in 1995 Brotherhood tour.....and see Michael Jackson dangerous tour 1992 Ahoy Rotterdam and History tour Amsterdam Arena 1997.....beautifull music, entertainment, family..... Happy to see the real artist that dont exist anymore.....all computer voices, cant sing so rap (not music in my opinion).....with all platforms no real quility timeless music etc.... Michael Jackson has his own signature, style, music, dance etc..... Good to see TJ doing good. Blessed to him and his family

Wow Fernando best interview of TJ ❤ i saw till now and i am sure i watched every. You know what i loved most, that you give him time to answer to tell his story. There was no pressure on him he was so relaxed and chilled you really could see he felt absoluty comfortable. I totaly can relate to what he said about that hug from his uncle Jermaine. Last summer i had a struggling time in my life and TJs hug in Amsterdam fixed my brocken inside. I love this man so much since 28 years. Now that i got to him in person i love him even more. Thanx for having him Fernando, i wish the world would know about TJ cause he is such a great role model and so inspiring. You are cool too happy i got to know you since Amsterdam and Nijmegen. Tj was the Guardian for Michael Jackson kids but he was taking advantage of there money trying to control them but then Michael Jackson mom caught wind of it and she wasn't having it so the so kids started it staying with there grandma and then TJ was carrying for the grandma and he took advantage of her for her money that was left from Michael when he passed so now Mrs Catherine Jackson is living with Ribbie Jackson so TJ is full of it you just never know what goes behind closed doors.

Great interview. Just imagine if his Dad never broke that Guitar string.. Crazy. But, true. He was quite transparent. Appreciate the story about him becoming a Dad so early. He really loved his Uncle to listen to him. He was inspired by his Uncle Michael. Great person TJ. I like that he shared that his Uncle was humble but, their were times where he wanted to show out. That doesn't surprise me. He wouldn't be Michael Jackson if he wasn't ostentatious. So i can apprciate that transparency. His Brothers also are good dudes.

Great musician and a great interviewer. The pain of loosing a loved one is unbelievable. Forever, question in the mind. Wish you and your brothers best years yet. Be blessed. I lost my grandma,1 year of numb,then sat outside a hospital where she was for an hour, talked about her to an old friend and light came in again. Grief is unique.

Katherine is absolutely the root of the family unity. Joe is the root of their commitment to excellence. The most impossible rags to riches story in the world. Homegrown in a Gary, Indiana living room in the 1960s. It never ceases to amaze me.

I agree. Joe Jackson would not have known Tito knew how to play the guitar. The other kids could sing. Then Michael sang Climb Every Mountain at a school program. The rest is history.

This was such a great interview. I follow TJ and his wife Frances, as well as Taj and Tarryl, not because I am a huge Jackson/Michael Jackson fan, but because I have always admired their mom. When she passed away I was shocked and prayed that her sons would be strong during that difficult period. I remember seeing pictures of her 💯 supporting her sons when they played T-Ball and when they began singing.

This interview is one of the most helpful I could ever hear. I lost a mom twice. My mom to breast cancer 8 years after losing my leg to bone cancer. Today I am a 47-year cancer survivor & this week is my birthday but my mom died the day before my birthday. Still I celebrate being blessed to have had her in my life. A couple of decades later I Iost my Grandmother who was both my 2nd mom and best friend. What strikes me most is how this MARVTASTIC young man has turned out even after the way his mom was taken. I imagine me at least making a vow of revenge towards those responsible for my mom's death. My losses were due to health reasons. Listening to and watching this young man has made me a better human being. Just like his Uncle Jermaine's hug.
