It's good to see NA pick up these two wins today, even tho I'm EU fan. Don't think MSI is the right place for that NA-EU pissing contest, there will be plenty of time for that in Rift Rivals, as in my opinion we should prioritize proving that we (as the only western region representitives here at MSI) are not to be underestimated and in fact we can challenge eastern teams quite successfully as we already have. NA=EU baby!

There is also a way for both Liquid and Fnatic to qualify for the semis. It all depends on the performance of the other teams on day 5 however. I believe!!

If rng somehow just collapses, and loses to Evos, and Tl go 2-0 we beat Rng in the head to head and fnatic can win a tiebreaker against rng.

I feel, NA and EU have been equally strong for about a year now, where the actual outcome of direct battles is more situational than tendency indicating. One day FNC wins over TL, two days later TL wins over FNC. It's an up and down. Alas, I'm afraid in the end it doesn't matter because some region in Asia will always remain better than NA as well as EU. It's not so much a question of "if", more of "which".

Even if TL don't make it out of groups, thanks to them for at least showing up a bit for NA at this event for the organization's first time. They beat every single team except Kingzone, and looking back at this I hope no NA (and EU fans, if FNC don't win) fans will take the results too harshly.

atm this is just the state of the game. the skill level of the players arnt that far apart, so it makes that 1% matter even more. the game is also in a very "snowball" state so whoever gets a lead early has a HUGE advantage with how things playout and where powerspikes are

Say what you want but FNC showed why they are EU invite, they had an amazing stall for the most part given they way they picked themselves a bad draft and poor choice in devoting farm to rekkles TL though played completely different to their last game against EVOS, they were so much more cleaner this time. If they keep this structure against teams tmrw I wonder if they can move on
