TL431A Lithium-Ion Cell Charging Circuits 

Hey! I like the new picture-in-picture! Good to see you. The TL431 is an 'old' friend so to speak - found in most Chinese switch-mode PSUs feed-back channels these days, and allows for tweaking the final output quite a bit. I've used it in thermal control and a range of other applications. Great little device. Thanks for your excellent, interesting and concise videos, and new years greetings from Iceland.
