Thank you so much for downloading these shows, I just wonder if it's my computer or what, the volume is so low I can hardly hear it. Let me know please if anyone else is having this problem

For me I noticed that with Chrome the volume is a little low (I still can hear it well though), but with Firefox it is very high and very good. There is an app for Chrome that lets you raise the RU-vid volume even higher, it's called RU-vid Volume Controller, you could try that.
