TLOU Part 2 PC Port Has Been Ready For 7 Months - Luke Reacts 

Nintendo has many games "done" just sitting in waiting. They had Pikmin 4 done for example for like 2 years before it released according to leaks and interviews.

Rushing is always about reducing costs, not about getting to market. All those developers demand a salary, and you want them to do the thing in as little time as possible. Time to market never matters.

@@christonchev9762 Dude, I'm talking specifically about the remake as a release... it has a bunch of new features and enhancements that makes people actually want to buy it again, in fact, most users have both the original release and the Remake

What’s really toxic is Naughty Dog devs accusing some of their biggest fans of homophobia for having very legitimate criticisms.

The story has its problems and toxicity. But the animations gameplay graphics and immersion is like no other game. Abby is ugly AF

@@nandoman4769 Indeed, somehow the fans of the original game are being accused of being a terrible human being for not being in line with the well-being of the second game. I still love TLOU, and they will never convince me that somehow I'm not a "true fan" by not liking Part II.

Sony's fault, was a new studio they hired to port part 1. Learned there mistakes and hired nixxes for ghost of tsushima

brother come on lmao. tlou part 1 has been playable since forever. i finished the game within the first week of release without any issues 🤷🏻‍♂️ edit: that being said, the port was far from perfect

i use rx 6800 and i don't have no bugs on the game aside from the 90% cpu usage and 100 gpu usage

Dont listen to the guy above me. Majority of people didnt understand the story or characters at all. I hated this game for like 3 years and played it at launch. I hated abby and thought it was all poor writing. I played it once back in sep 2020 and finished it then never touched it again. I was 18 back then. Decided to pick up the remastered version recently and went in with fresh eyes. Also been through a lot emotionally these past 4 years and experienced all types of betrayal and anger unrelated. Dude i get it now. The story makes complete sense to me now and i understand the characters and why they would act the way they do. It made me realise the majority of people who hated this game lacked any life experience and were definitely too young to understand how emotions, trauma and situations can make even kind people turn into monsters. Genuinely one of the best games ive played.

its not a ps5 game. at this point, PS5 only has Astro and DeS remake.

@@bxxtytouch from 2013 if we are talking about a brand new IP and that new IP back then was TLOU 1 and then they did Uncharted 2-3-4 and TLOU 2 and as of today that's it

with them or without them they have lost the PC userbase and soon they will run out of PC ports cause after those 2 they got only Spiderman 2 and Astrobot

nah i think they are wating for the HBO Show cause soon we will be able to play GOWR and GOWR was a 2023 game while TLOU 2 Rem was 2022

If that didn't come out back then, it never will, they changed the engine since then so they might have to do it from scratch

@@S5050-f8o i was sad too, but i was half expecting Joel to die. And the fact that he didn't die as a hero saving Ellie made it even better, that would've been super tropy and predictable. I love how they took this huge risk and had the balls to do this

@@christonchev9762 im financially fortunate so i owned a series x, ps5 and 4090 i9 combo rig. Sold my series x when i got my pc because whats the point. But trust me the second sony releases this game and GOW ragnarok on PC, the ps5 is going too. Ive become more patient and there is no point owning my ps5 after these two games come out. Spiderman 2 was bang average and i have no intention of getting it on pc so no more hype after this. I will from now on gladly wait and be consoleless, these consoles are rubbish and are already graphically and performance wise falling behind really badly.

I literally upgraded my rig just for the PC port and even with a 4070-ti and newest gen i7 I can't run it on lowest settings in a 480p windowed mode without my PC melting in absolute overdrive. Nothing else taxes my PC, nothing that has come out in the last few years stresses it that much, I can run everything well. It's just the Last of Us port... It's such a bad port.

@@m_a_t_t_h_e_w_0 The main consensus seems to be rather than collating what people want to impart but listening to what they seem to be obliviously imparting is that the PC port seems to just cook components in general like the surface of the sun and we're not really sure why. I've seen people with 3000 series cards running it but they have like stargate supercomputer cooling setups. It's odd though because lots of us can run things that are coming out today that make the system requirements of Last of Us port look like Pac Man but it won't cook their machines. It's just very odd. Like it is really very odd a total anomaly that makes little sense but no one will talk about it because the comment sections just devolve into "get a better machine hurr hurr" or "Oh I have no issues sorry to hear you do? Ner ner ner" like neither are actually useful. You may be able to. I'd maybe get it and try, you can return games after 2 hours if you have a good record. I've only returned like 3 in the last 15 or so years and each ticket I write I'm going to spend the refund money on something else anyway so they lose nothing.

@@CoffeeFiend1 i don't think that's true, I beat the game like 5 months ago with a trash pc (GTX 1650S And a i5 11400) and I ran it on 40-50 fps on low/medium settings without frame drops.
