Thanks for the video. It was still a pain on the ass to remove that c clip. Ended up ripping it off with a small flat head. Fortunately stream light had sent me extras.
Anybody have issues with the staccato CS? I’m using all the parts correctly and tighten it down and it still flies off. There has to be an aftermarket key somewhere
For clarity will this allow me to swap a “sig” tlr7 sub to a 1913 version? Or is this just how to adjust the different keys within the 1913 versions packaging?
This is only for swapping the rail keys within a single version of the light. To go from "Sig" to "1913" you would need a new pair of rail clamps Streamlight.
Dude I just got a TLR 9 and the instructions are so unclear, wish I would have found this video earlier. The little retainer pin and the "insert/remove" thingy was so confusing

So can I remove the rail key entirely and then use it's with my stock sig p365 frame and then add the 1913 key to use it with a different frame that has a 1913 rail key?
No, the rail key is only PART of the assembly. The size and shape of the rail clamps on each side are different from model to model. You can't use the 1913 rail clamps on the Sig proprietary rail.
