I don't get why he doesn't throttle when the clutch is engaged? That is way better for the cylinder.

@@CoolGameAndMore He also does a lot of engine braking which is also bad for the engine, but it's a race engine so they do a lot of maintenance on it. Another thing too, as you can see in the video he does a lot of wide open throttle pulls, so the little time he is doing the corner, it doesn't do as much harm.

@@crrbn5514 Yeah engine braking isnt even bad with high quality oil because the oil coat lasts very long in the cylinder, unless u go down a fucking mountain in first gear

How much rear brake do you apply while entering corners? I have a ktm 105 and i have some trouble since someone tells me to use it as much as possibile or at least lay my foot on the pedal and someone to not touch it at all. I would like some advices since im still a beginner. Nice driving by The way.

U need to brake before the corners and throttle in the corners since ur wheels are gonna slide in the corners if u brake

We had 50cc bikes from Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki in South Africa in the 70's and 80's. We had to have a license as a 16 year old and I have never seen a blown 2 stroke engine. The ultimate testers of a bike is a bunch of 16 year Olds going 120kmh and not giving a hell if the bike breaks or not. Some bored the engine to 60cc and 80cc. Expansion boxes, porting and jet changes for the carbs and sprocket changes. We had fun like you wont believe.

That small 4 stroke was pulling away during corner exit, maybe if the guy on the TM would have tried getting out of those corners on a lower gear..... maybe.

So glade I seen this video, in the process of buying a CRF150 and now seen this 85 two stroke. Have you risen a 150 and if so what’s your opinion on the two different bikes? Thanks for the video Btw, what’s a TM85? Thanks

Do you plan to race it? If yes u should go for the 85. But if you want do ride in on the streets as well your better off riding the 150 4stroke. Don't get me wrong the 85 2stroke is more powerful than the 150 but it's drivability on the streets is limited

sind das pitbikes gegen die er da fährt? so 110-125cc 4 takt dinger? dann sollte er sein setup aber anpassen die leute kann man ez mit 85cc 2 takt wegblasen

@@mschiffbauerms also die Pitbikes mit nem ordentlichen Daytona 4 Ventil Motor und 190cm² haben schon mal deutlich über 23 PS und sind dazu wesentlich leichter

@@mschiffbauerms Die Pitbikes sind auch nicht auf Leistung ausgelegt. Reine Wettbewerbsmaschinen im Gegensatz dazu schon. Noch dazu kommt, dass der Vorteil der "doppelten bis dreifachen" Leistung sich hier nicht bezahlt macht.

@@stoned2097 auch diese bikes sind dafür da, dass man die kupplung benutzt (wie auch bei jeder anderen renn-zweitakter) Ist gerade in den kurven schneller wenn man die kupplung etwas schleifen lässt Außerdem ist hier denke ich mal niemand lost

Fahr des erste mal überhaupt ne 85er sumo aufer rennstrecke und zieh vor jeder kurve die kupplung. Die können das ab, gesund is es natürlich nicht aber die dinger sind auch nicht für langlebigkeit bekannt/gebaut.

Also da hier so viele rum fragen ob die Maschine für die Strecke ausgelegt ist ja ist die. Solche Maschinen wie die Tm 85 ist eine Wettbewerbsmaschine und die sind dafür da eine bisschen geprügelt zu werden!! Sonst kommt ja keine power😉

is this full accelaration on the straight part? if it is ur bike could be much faster... arent that little pitbikes racing against u? try to set up ur 2 stroke bike propper and u will eat the 4 stroke guys with ez i run like 17-20hp on my 86cc 2stroke bike

Mich triggert es unnormal dass er viel zu früh runterschaltet dass der Motor so überdreht und die Gänge nichtmal Ausfährt.. keine Ahnung.. Kolben und Zylinder gefällt das.
