Aikya is a special concert curated by First Edition Arts featuring a unique first ever collaboration between TM Krishna and the amazing Nadhaswara vidwans Sheik Mahaboob Subhani and Smt. Kaleeshabi Mahaboob. The husband and wife team were awarded the Padma Shri on Republic Day 2020.
In this video they perform a Muthuswami Dikshitar kriti "Sri Matrubhutam" in Ragam Kannada.
They were supported by Akkarai Subhalakshmi on violin, Praveen Sparsh on mridangam and BS Purushotham on kanjira.
