exact same issue on my seat leon year 19. Just stopped working. I used to get a warning when i passed an accident sign it would say "Warning, accident on road (and then the road number)" Even without the nav on. So im very sad that its gone now. Have you fixed it? Edit: I now know why it doen't work. Did some digging and found out that my country does not support it anymore. Could be the same issue for you to.
