you might have to get this shot for your hand ( i’m sorry i don’t know the name ) but my grandmas hand would get tense and it would feel hard to move it. she only has to get it when her hand acts up but she has arthritis too. i don’t know if this is the same to you but i thought i’d share just incase (: i love you guys and next time you guys go to west palm beach you need to go to city place at night on fridays they have live music, shops, restaurants, bars, a movie theater, ice cream / gelato shops. it’s really fun. & during christmas they put up a BIG christmas tree and make it “ snow “ & they have a horse and carriage that you can ride as a family.
