Honestly, it is in this video where I realised, that we, the die-hard Internet community of Tekken, really miss out on whats important in the game: having fun. Like look at this guy. Sure, he picked Kuma, a very stressfree character, but doesnt matter as long as he was having a blast and he did. Didnt care about nerfs or any BS, just enjoyed the game and we should ao as well. Pluggers are getting out of hand, but everything else should evolve around having fun and not trying to climb meaningless online ranks.
As a new player who immediately tried to jump into the deep end of learning the game and Getting Good, being shackled to wanting improvement that badly is just a way to hinder your process. People always say to main the character you find fun, it's the best way to learn how to play Tekken, but it's equally as important to hold onto that fun factor whilst practicing and improving.

I really relate to this dudes story. For me though I stopped after T4. I can’t remember which but Tag Tournament 2 was either on a huge sale or entirely free from Xbox Gold sub and I got it because of that, but T8 actually reignited the fire. I’m not good or Knee but I’m still rly enjoying it, the way I used to with fighting games. Obviously I am biased but imo Tekken is the best fighting game in the world and I’m glad it’s still kept it’s charm from the old days, unlike most continuations or even reboots that the triple A scene is making us suffer. (Saints Row broke my heart)
getting to warrior with that tekken prowess is actually impressive, i got to warrior going 28-1 and my prowess was 41k, so he probably only lost 4 or 5 matches. those people are free sure but for someone new to the game, it is still impressive.
accept Kuma, it`s better lol ... I play Jack-8, Kuma and Leo and, regarding Kuma and Leo, I do agree that many players do not have that matchup knowledge.

Am i the only one that get annoyed by Tmm speaking in a tone that's barely loud enough so you can't hear the guy in the video? Fast foward his shit if you don't want to hear him and doesn't want us to hear it too, way less bothering.
