Final Mission: Shredder Location:Helipad Karai appears out of nowhere, blocking the Turtles from attacking Shredder, but is defeated before she could even do anything. Afterward, Bebop and Rocksteady arrive to help their boss against the Turtles. Donnie battles Bebop, Raph takes on Rocksteady, and Leo and Mikey double-team Shredder and Leo accidentally helped the other two against their Bosses. Shredder used spin attacks and debris, but they were all paused by Turtle Time, and the debris sometime hits the other Bosses. So do the mines and lasers. Bebop and Rocksteady were both defeated by Donnie's tag combo with Raph, and Shredder was hit by a Tag Combo after Leo (glowing rainbow) walked right into his spin attack and Combo'd him. Shredder was then defeated by a Shell Crusher out of nowhere. He transformed into Super Shredder and pushed the Turtles back, then pressed some buttons on the Portal Controls, and Mega Krang appeared out of the portal in the sky. To be continued...
God the bosses in this game were so damn intimidating, but that didn't stop them from being fun to fight, even after various times where you'd get your ass kicked. *sigh* What an underrated classic.
Love this game severely underrated .people only complained and hated on it because it didnt have local coop.. the ai was awesome and you could stilkm do online which is seriosuly every game now.. people can get a grip and quit being whiners. This game was epic fun.
On hard mode, Rocksteady is much tougher than Bebop. In fact, I feel like Rocksteady is harder than Slash on hard mode, In fact on Very Hard mode, I feel like Rocksteady is harder than Armaggon
Bebop: The easiest boss in the game. He is always silly Rocksteady: A lot tougher than Bebop, but still kind of easy. Also silly. Slash: Easier than Rocksteady on the harder difficulties, but still harder than Bebop. Not really a villain. Karai: Very easy on her own, but is harder in her stage, where there are a bunch of enemies who fight with her. Armaggon: Moderately difficult. He's in the others' shadows in the villainy group, but he did show up twice. Wingnut: THE MOST ANNOYING BOSS EVER. Until you do Shredder on Hard mode. However, he's only an actual challenge in his second phase. General Krang: The stage is a nightmare, but compared to Wingnut, G.Krang is a walk in the park. Mega Krang: Really hard boss. He's the only boss to utilize death pits. Shredder: Final boss. Was easy on Easy and Normal, but then I fought him on hard and... DEAR GOD. Super Shredder: Allegedly the hardest boss in the game, but I only ever fought him once.
Mission 5:Armaggon Location:Submerged Sewers,Lower Area:Sewage Disposal Wingnut flies in in his UFOs and his flying machine and Slash emerges from the water.Soon,Mikey battles Slash,Donnie battles Wingnut,Raph battles Armaggon and Leo takes on them all. Raph's attacks were doing damage to Armaggon.One of Leo's epic attacks did a lot of damage to Slash.Wingnut and Donnie were doing a lot of damage to each other.Soon,one of Leo's epic attacks took away one of Wingnut's health bars.Armaggon had only three health bars.Leo,Raph and Mikey were battling Slash and Armaggon.They even took a health bar away from Slash.Donnie had nearly defeated Wingnut but Slash and Armaggon didn't notice.Leo's attacks did a lot of damage to Slash and Armaggon.Soon Armaggon had only two health bars and Slash had one.Meanwhile,Donnie had finally defeated Wingnut with his Spin Attack. Wingnut unleashed a tri-beam, knocking out Mikey and ... Slash. Afterwards, Wingnut fled. Slash rolled and knocked Raph out of Turbo Mode, but a glowing Leo intercepted it and defeated Slash with a tag combo with Donnie. Armaggon unleashed a water blast, but Leo knocked him out of it with Bomb Shurikens. Raph ambushed him, then hit him with a combo attack, and then defeated him with Shell Crusher.
Only they could battle against those enemies in the Future of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with or without Tiger Claw, Groundchuck, even Dirtbag. We started battling against those villains in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan with or without Tiger Claw, Groundchuck, Dirtbag, even Tora. Well, only we could defeat those villains in the Future of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with or without Tora, Tiger Claw, Groundchuck, even Dirtbag. Jimmy Kielbasa out.

Bebop was defeated but the battle was not over.Rocksteady and Karai have a plan.Leonardo and Donatello battle Rocksteady while Raphael and Michelangelo battled Karai.Raphael's epic attacks were doing a lot of damage to Karai.Soon,Karai had one health bar.Meanwhile,Leonardo and Donatello attack Rocksteady who has two health bars.He didn't notice that Raph and Mikey were almost defeated Karai.He goes and attacks Mikey and Raph and Leo and Donnie attack Karai from behind.Karai was defeated.It was just Rocksteady and the Turtles.Leonardo's attacks took away one health bar and he used Giant Hologram and used heavy attacks on him.Soon he was defeated
In the second mission is Rocksteady's stage Location:Subway Junction:Abandoned Station Bebop comes from the train and during the fight,another train appears.Karai comes out of it.Then Leo battles Karai,Raph and Donnie attack Bebop and Mikey battles Rocksteady.One of Raph's epic attacks did tons of damage to Bebop that it almost took his first health bar.Then one of Donnie's attacks took away his health bar.Meanwhile,Leo's epic attacks did tons of damage to Karai .Rocksteady had three health bars.Raph used Shell Crusher and Donnie used Spin Attack.Both attacks did a lot of damage to Bebop.Soon Raph,Leo and Donnie had almost defeated Bebop.Mikey did some damage to Karai and Rocksteady.Soon,Leo,Donnie and Raph defeated Bebop.Leo and Mikey battle Karai.One of Leo's epic attacks did tons of damage.Karai had only one health bar.Soon Rocksteady had only two health bars.Karai lost most of her only health bar.Raph and Donnie were slashing him over and over again.Soon he had only one health bar.Leo's attacks defeated Karai.Rocksteady's hammer knocked out Mikey.But soon Rocksteady was defeated by Donnie
Mission 3: Slash Location: Sewers, Lower Area:Underground Ruins. After Armaggon and Slash emerge, Wingnut uses his UFO to blast a hole in the ceiling. Donnie jumps up there with his High Jump, Raph takes on Armaggon, and Mikey battles Slash. And Leo? He takes them all on using his Giant Hologram form. Armaggon and Slash accidentally attack each other as well, and are also hit by Wingnut's lasers. Slash is nearly defeated by Mikey and a giant Leo, but they are blasted away from him by Wingnut's laser, which... also hits Slash and defeats him. Mikey and Donnie join the battle against Armaggon as Leo (in normal form again) conjures a plasma turret to attack Wingnut. Armaggon tries to dive into the water, but Leo stops him using Turtle Time while Donnie and Raph attack him over and over again. Armaggon nearly dies, and Wingnut was distracted by Mikey (this is a decoy). The REAL Mikey uses Leo's Plasma Turret to damage Wingnut even more, but then as Armaggon was defeated by Ralph's Shell Crusher, Wingnut realizes this and destroys it with a tri-beam, but Leo (glowing for some reason) stands in one of the beams and throws a bomb Shuriken, defeating Wingnut.
Mission 6:Wingnut Location:Stormy Skyscraper Area,Construction Site Slash comes from inside the building and Armaggon comes from the river near the city and goes all the way to the building where Wingnut and Slash were battling the turtles.Soon Mikey takes on Armaggon,Raph takes on Wingnut,Donnie battles Slash and Leo takes on all of them using Giant Hologram and Turtle Time. Raph retreats and uses one of the Plasma Turrets to attack Wingnut, Mikey attacks Armaggon with one, and Leo conjures one from a portal to attack Wingnut. Soon, Slash was defeated by Ninjutsu after Ninjutsu. Wingnut destroys all 3 Plasma Turrets, but Leo (glowing) jumps towards Wingnut, freezes time so that Raph can do so too, and they Tag Combo him in midair, defeating him... NOT. Wingnut, Armaggon, and the Turtles fall to another floor, and Wingnut takes out Mikey and defeats Armaggon with his spinning beams. The 3 dodge them, Raph in Turbo Mode, Donnie with High Jump, and Leo invincible, and then Leo and Donnie tag combo Wingnut while Raph comboes him as well. After that, Wingnut fires missiles everywhere, but the Turtles dodge them and Raph... vanishes. Wingnut is attacked from behind by Stealth Raph, and with Wingnut distracted by giant Leo, Raph and Donnie tag combo him. Wingnut tries to do the spinning beam attack again, but Leo freezes time and tag combos him again and again. Donnie and Raph also use Spin Attack and Shell Crusher, nearly taking Wingnut out. Mikey reappears from a portal and uses Super Shuriken, but Wingnut dodges it and... then is attacked by a glowing Leo and dies.
I somehow managed to fight all the secret bosses except Kanai with Mega Kraang. I couldn’t beat Armaggon with Slash cause it felt way to chaotic. And I only beat Super Shredder cause I cheated with a Kraang bot.
True Final Boss: Super Shredder Leo, in Giant Hologram form, fights Mega Krang, Raph and Donnie (using a Krangdroid) take on Super Shredder, and Mikey throws shurikens from a distance. Leo's Giant Hologram form dies, so he conjures a plasma turret and hits Mega Krang even harder. Then (glowing) comboes Mega Krang in midair, then somersaults toward Super Shredder, who had just knocked out Don's Krangdroid. Leo froze time, took control of it, and fired on Mega Krang using missiles and lasers. Then, he dismounted, and using Donnies tag combo, inflicted massive damage on Super Shredder. S. Shredder knocked out Mikey with ease, and Raph was knocked out of the air by Mega Krang's laser, so it was just Leo and Donnie fighting Super Shredder and Mega Krang. Leo (glowing) unleashes everything on Super Shredder, bringing him to the brink of defeat, but then Mega Krang was defeated when he was defeated by Don's Krangdroid in a beam lock.Leo and Donnie, using a tag combo, defeat Super Shredder at last.
Mission 7:General Krang Location:TCRI Building:Main Core Control Floor The turtles defeat Bebop,Rocksteady,Slash,Karai,Armaggon and Wingnut and then take the elevator and fight General Krang Shredder comes from another part of the building.Raph and Mikey take on Shredder,Donnie takes on General Krang.Leo battles both of them.Soon Raph used Shell Crusher which did tons of damage.Soon giant Leo took away one of Shredder's health bars.Meanwhile,General Krang was attacked by Donnie and Leo took away a health bar.Meanwhile,Shredder was nearly defeated and General Krang has nearly lost his third to last health bar.Soon Leo used Giant Hologram and defeated Shredder.General Krang had two health bars left.Soon the older brothers,Leo and Raph were using a Combo Attack which did a lot of damage to General Krang.Then the younger brothers,Donnie and Mikey took away his health bar.Soon Leo and Donnie used a combo attack which did a lot of damage and Raph and Mikey defeated him
Bebop: Super easy boss. Classic villain Rocksteady: Much tougher than his partner in crime(still easy, though he is quite tough on the harder difficulties). Also classic. Slash: Easy boss. Not really a villain. Karai: Easy on her own, but a lot tougher with enemies. Really only a villain in the IDW timeline. Armaggon: Moderately difficult boss. He only appeared once in the 2012 series. Wingnut: Whatever with his ufo, without it, he's extremely difficult and annoying. Extremely elusive outside this game. General Krang: Hard boss worthy of one of the main antagonists (No jk, I actually found him to be not too much trouble, but his stage is very tough. This incarnation is only IDW, replaced by Kraang Subprime in the TV series. Mega Krang: Very difficult as his size suggests. Again, replaced by Kraang Prime. (This and General Krang are apparently the same being) Shredder: Obviously hard (but surpasses Second Phase Wingnut in difficulty and annoyance once you get to the harder difficulties). I'm sure you all know who he is. Super Shredder: Hardest boss in the game with ease (allegedly, I've only fought him on Normal mode). Featured in various series but different in every last one.
Mission 8:Mega Krang Location:City on Fire Karai comes out of nowhere and rides on a Plasma Turret and Shredder came from the TCRI building.Soon they took over the Krangdroids and took away one of Shredder's health bars and did a lot of damage to Karai.Mega Krang soon took down a building.Soon Mega Krang went in the water and the turtles got off their Krangdroids and Leo's Giant Hologram (IN MIDAIR) threw shurikens and did a lot of damage to Shredder and then attacked Mega Krang with swords. Then he returned to normal and conjured a Plasma Turret to battle Karai's one, and inflicted crushing damage to her.Soon Raph and Donnie attacked Karai and Shredder with their strongest Ninjutsu and defeated both of them. Leo mounted a Krangdroid and fired a laser, but Mega Krang countered it with a blast from his hand, and then knocked Mikey into an abyss with a backhand. Afterward Leo (glowing) tag comboed Mega Krang straight to the face, them conjured a Plasma Turret on M.Krang's shoulder and took off even more health. He then retreated to his Krangdroid, mounted it, hit Mega Krang with missiles and lasers, then when Mega Krang fell down with a yellow krang head (rather than blue), Leo hit him with a super punch. Mega Krang launched missiles at the platform, but the Turtles blocked them with a barrier. In response, Mega Krang slammed both of his hands onto the platform, causing it to fall. Afterward, all 4 turtles hit him with a laser, defeating him.
Mission 4:Karai Location:Skyscraper Area Shredder comes out of nowhere, and then General Krang flies in using his suit.Soon, Mikey battles Karai, Raph takes on Shredder,Donnie takes on General Krang,and Leo? He clears the rooftop of enemies while sometimes freezing time and letting the other 3 get free hits on the Bosses. He sometimes attacks the Bosses himself with his Giant Hologram Fists' massive invisible hitboxes. General Krang distracts Donnie with some Foot soldiers and fires a large laser at Leo, but Leo (glowing again) walks right through it, and as Donnie charges and combos Krang, Leo steps in and they start attacking G.Krang over and over and OVER again using Don's Co-op move (Or Tag Combo, blergh), taking off one HP meter in no time. After that, Shredder launches debris everywhere, knocking away Raph, but... also attacking Karai, who Mikey was dealing a lot of damage. G.Krang's shield was broken by Giant Leo's devastating attack, he started firing off missiles everywhere, even hitting a lot of his allies. Karai ran off and summoned Foot soldiers carrying bomb bags, but Leo threw a bomb Shuriken of a group of them near Karai, blowing the lot to pieces and defeating Karai. Shred-head used spin attack after spin attack, overwhelming Mikey, but Raph and Donnie beat him with Shell Crusher and Spin Attack. General Krang knocked out Mikey with a powerful punch, then blasted away Raph (who just sneaked up behind him) with another laser. However, Leo froze time and the two attacked him with Leo's Tag Combo, nearly defeating him, and then Raph reappeared and used a missile turret while Leo used a plasma one, defeating G.Krang.
True Final Boss: Super Shredder. Super Shredder was attacked by Leo (glowing) and Raph, while a Krangdroid-mounted Donnie and Mikey attacked Mega Krang. Leo also froze M.Krang and hit him from time to time, but Super Shredder knocked out Raph after being Tag Combo'd by Raph and Leo. Leo counterattacked with a vengeance, Ninjutsu after Ninjutsu after Ninjutsu. Then Leo (glowing again) attacked Mega Krang with a Plasma Turret at the same time as he was laser'd by Donnie, defeating him, but then Don was knocked out by Super Shredder's shock wave. Then, as Mikey distracted Super Shredder, Leo hit him with a laser from the Krangdroid, then Mikey used Leo's Plasma Turret but they were all deflected by an improved Spin Attack, and Mikey was also knocked out. Leo used Giant Hologram, damaging Super Shredder, then Donnie and Raph reappeared, and after Donnie's tag combo with Leo and a Shell Crusher from Raph, Super Shredder finally falls.

You can get it on Normal, Hard, or Very Hard. But the chance is bigger on Hard or Very Hard. On Hard, or maybe on Normal, you have to get a lot of S ranks. You can still get it if you get a few A's or B's, but no C's. On Very Hard, you get the secret boss no matter what.
