Yeah, it looks like a fisherman got ooZed and was actually near a shark and a ninja turtle so he is a hybrid of all of them. It explains the hand and eyes. Maybe the fisherman had a hook hand already. I like the effects of the speed paint.

There is a shark in the TMNT series his name is Armaggon

I have questions about Fimo clay, what you use... Is it air dry or heat dry clay?

In this case I can not use the normal fimo and a oven, because the character was attached to the clay, and I prefer this way

But normally you use oven heated clay, like those motu creation's

Depends about what I need to do... If is a big surface or a big figure I prefer this fimo Air on the other side for small bits or details I prefer the normal fimo (an I use an oven) also I can use the normal fimo only for something that I can sculp/bake and after that glue on the figure
