This Baxter is amazing, I love it. I can only imagine how amazing having a Muckman and (hopefully) Scumbug will be eventually. Scumbug is my personal favorite classic figure.
@@Shark_Builds_Bro Oh wow, really? Now that's some awesome news, thanks for the head's up! I've seen a few people say Scumbug was a favorite their own too, so hopefully he's not too far down the release schedule. :-D But hey, Muckman is definitely some great news if he's coming soon. I saw him in the NECA line, too, but I'm not sure I'll ever actually see it from them unfortunately.
The gun is the one he got in the cartoon when he found the alien spaceship. It's missing the animal shapes on the dial on the back, but nice to see the weapon he got from the only friend poor Baxter ever had 😭
The weapon rack thing seems pointless. I thought it was only the ninja characters who had those in the vintage line? As we have the weapons colored anyway, is anyone going to actually use the weapon rack ones? I imagine most people like myself will be tossing that in a box never to see the light of day again. I'd rather the figure be a couple bucks cheaper.
I remember having Baxter as a kid & it was 1 of my favs from the line. I wish the figs back then were as good as these updated ones. Even as a kid I thought it was odd that Baxter, the mouser inventor, didn't come w/ 1. I also had a mouser fig as a kid, but the whole "wind up" gimmick made it a bit difficult to actually play w/.
Bro I've been catching up on the Super 7 TMNT. I just got Baxtor, Bebop and Rocksteady. These toys are SSSSSSOOOOO underrated. They look just like the Vintage but better.i didn't know what to do with the lil red thing that came with baxtor. Thanks for the video. Any who I can't wait for MC Mikey and Rat King Now I have Punk Rock Donnie and Classic Rock Leo pre-orderd. We just need Raphael music randition. Keep up the Good work Super 7.
Baffles me they designed the swatter arm grip in a way that WON'T grip the arm. Why was that odd choice made? Surely they understood the arm grip was supposed to grip around the arm?
Are his knees better than the GLOW version? Mine won’t stand for more than 24 hours because he is too TOP HEAVY and KNEES TOO LOOSE.....8:08 I hope this is the answer.
Great video as always, but are they ever gonna release the rest of the rise of the tent figs? They were amazingly made and to see them just discard the rest makes me sad
Hello Dan, great review as always! I wanted to ask if you maybe could also compare these guys to the Classic Turtles by Playmates, those who got released a few years ago. As probably man others I have these Turtles and I think I'll stick with them, but I would really like to see how they look compared to the bad guys
I don't see myself collecting the entire wave... other then getting a few figures here and there. I have April and Metal Head on pre-order from the main Super 7 site. Thinking about getting Shredder from a third party site. The only few figures i would look forward to... down the line... is Casey Jones, Chrome Dome and Super Shredder, Tokka and Rahzar. Ps. Pixel Dan can you convince them to make a Chrome Armored Shogun Shredder *fingers crossed*
Gotta be honest, I feel like when doing reviews of variants, doubling down on articulation is real unnecessary. When the other video exists, simply linking to it or placing it on a annotation would suffice, to redirect people to a more info-rich video you've done.
I kind of disagree Plastic quality changes between variations and colors So some joints might be loser/tighter on one vs the other. But I do get what you mean though.
same here, but having to hit target all the time, or pray I can get something from their store is a pain at times. I've been lucky with Series 3. I got the Super7 Baxter SDCC and I really liked it, so I picked up wave 1 from Mega toys store.
@@lewismatthewj nice man. you cant order online? 🤔 think i will stick with NECA's line up. i dont like that super7 made rafael based off of vintage toy. which will probably be same for all of them.
