Why temperature value variation in simulator in not exactly same as serial monitor... I think.. both value should same ... Please clarify???

"it is reading it correctly" . . hmm obviously not. There's a huge difference between the actual reading and your Serial monitor reading. Why don't you use the map function? int temp_mapped = map(analogRead(sensorPin)),20,358,-40,125); Serial.println(temp_mapped); There will be a 1C error for some values but at least, its value is closer to the actual value.
