Why not use the EU TIRADS which combines the ACR and the Korean classification for evaluating thyroid nodules. Korean research team found that there was overdiagnoses for thyroid surgery and have made necessary corrections. Most autopsy cases revealed thyroid nodules and their cause of death was not due to thyroid malignancy.
