I'm curious to see what the next tournament is going to be like. Whether 2B falls off as people figure out her deal and knowledge-checking doesn't work as well, of is she really has that incredible power seen here even still.
It seems like at a high level, people already know the knowledge checks so she's definitely going to fall off. It's going to be a matter of how strong the mental stack of her options really is.
No 2B is not gonna fall of. People are highly overrating that she is “knowledge check” character. Lot of the shit she has is just amazing in general and your knowledge check devolves “hold block button and hope they don’t throw or reset you”
@@mrharvy100 You're proving their point. If all they have to do is block and worry about being thrown, then the character isn't busted. She's a knowledge check because most of her pressure isn't real. All of her options has an answer, she just has a lot of options.
lol what are you talking about this MU is heavy in favor for Belial. Did you not see how few hit confirms Belial needs for the same damage that Ferry needs. The Ferry player needs to play perfectly to not instant lose.
tf you talking about lmao Ferry is low tier and Belial is a war lord, the Ferry has the most to deal with as she is negative and under the most pressure
@@TheBattlesOfAllTime don't care bout a tier list, I just seen a Belial get out spaced in each game by ferry, that's "tf I'm talking about lmao" if you're good with the character, a tier list hardly matters. Goodness, it's not that hard to understand. Clearly playing her wrong if you feel she's negative on everything.
It is unfavorable for Ferry overall, I just have a lot of experience defending against Belial. Notice how I kept getting away with fuzzy mashing against the Command grab, I was fuzzy mashing a lot due to the stress, Kryloz also dropped a lot and the matches were quite close even though I won out in the end it takes a lot of understanding on the neutral spacings and options as ferry to succeed in the matchup. While I did manage to keep them out a lot of the time I spent a good half of the matches in the corner and any of those corner interactions could have led to half of my life if I guessed wrong.
@@okvngel “Clearly playing her wrong if you feel she’s negative on everything” No, she has worse than average frame data to make up for her range and setplay, that’s literally her character concept. Idk if you should be talking about skill or tier list relevance when you don’t even understand the absolute basics of the game you’re commenting on 👀
Diaphone choked more then a few times unfortunately. Had multiple “checkmate” scenarios for GF where he could have cleaned up “safe” wins via neutral when he had the huge life and BP lead so he doesn’t lose to random confirm raging strike/ SSBA, but multiple times gets clipped when he no fears runs into Bel CH 66L or jab. Didn’t punish those Belial DPs nearly as much either. He was also strangely conservative with using BPs to reset neutral despite 2B being ass (no pun intended) on defense and Belial being an absolute bully in pressure. 2B should have abused the neutral advantage more which was what Diaphone won WF with agaisnt him last time. Good set either way hope his 2B gets better
Nah she’s pretty mid tier honestly? Losing key system mechanics balances out some of her more privileged options. Definitely can be a noob killer as a result but once you have the knowledge checks down she struggles heavily.
@@TheCoolguymanlyShes definitely high tier just for the pure amount of options she has along with great meter-less damage and neutral control. The only reason she isn’t top tier is because she has no mix so all you really gotta do is block and be patient as we seen in this great Grand Finals
#BuffZooey Every character should have a meterless reversal, also buff the damage of any move that requires a secondary resource or reduce the damage of anything that doesn't require a secondary resource.
@@meister4597 you shouldn't be thanking God too fast 😆 also putting chunks of chocolate chunks in cookie dough to make chocolate cookies were also an awful idea but chocolate chip cookies turned out to be pretty great.
lol a character having a meterless reversal option gives a character an edge over the ones that need to use 50 meter to do the same thing. That means the character with the meterless reversal can use that meter for skybounds or offensive ultimate skills instead.. That is just the nature of how Rising was designed in a mechanics level. Look how much Bel in GF abused is meterless reversal over a character that doesn’t have one. . Consdeing how Rising is SUPER offensive explosive it wouldn’t be a bad idea to buff the characters that have horrible defense options with better defensive plays.
@@mrharvy100 I agree, having to spend a diamond or 50% of your meter in order to push defence really makes it incredibly risky to play against any character that has invincible reversals on EX. It also doesn't help that Zooey's gap close is extremely vulnerable to punish counters with a 2H.
The consequence of making 66L broken. Vanilla Granblue unironically was better as a slower paced neutral fighter that people called the game anime SFIV.
yeah to an extent i think its more of the fact there isnt much ways to open your opennent like if there were univerisal overheads that require a jump in and lows a mixup would actually be a mixup. but the game is legit crouch and guard the game @@mrharvy100
